Casa Del Sol is a luxury sipping Tequila, inspired by the magic of golden hour and the legend of the Aztec goddess of agave, Mayahuel.

Tequila is a romantic, ritual spirit steeped in tradition and mysticism. Legend has it that in order to protect herself and her lover, the God of Wind, from her spiteful grandmother, Mayahuel created an agave with long green spires that could defend them. Enraged by their defiance, her grandmother wielded a bolt of lightning and burnt the agave to the ground. What was left amongst the ashes was a single green spire, at the base of which was a piña filled with the sweet nectar of agave, completing Mayahuel's transformation into the Goddess of Tequila.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lemon, orange blossom, sweet, exotic spices, light pepper, honey and crisp, fresh fruit peel.

Palate: Indian spices, light juniper notes, white pepper, sweet orange, mint, cherry.

Finish: Elegant juniper tannins, smooth, spicy, refreshing, clean.

Cooperstown Distillery X Royal Batch

 This 100% New York State Straight Rye Whiskey is produced from local grains with a high rye mash bill of 80% rye and 20% corn. This straight rye whiskey is placed in a new charred oak barrel and aged for a minimum of three years. Arbikie Chilli Vodka captures the smokiness of the chipotle and the earthiness of our potato vodka to create a perfect blend of spice and flavour. We use home grown chipotle chillies, which are soaked in our vodka to create a natural product with no extracts, colourings or concentrates. We have focused on creating a unique drinking experience that is as much about heat as it is about enjoying the smokiness of the chipotle.

To mark its 20th birthday, and to celebrate America's influence on Scotch whisky more broadly, we have brought The Peat Monster back to where it all began. We originally created a peaty whisky called Monster for the Goldstein family at Park Avenue Liquor Shop in New York City, in 2003. It turned out to be so popular that we created a new batch, renamed it The Peat Monster and it joined our core range. The Peat Monster - like most Scotch whiskies – owes its maturation vessels to the US whisk(e)y industry and its practice of using casks only once.

To highlight the art of American coopering even further, we have finished part of the whisky used for this special Limited Edition in seasoned virgin American oak barrels, made for us in Missouri. Crafted using only the finest ingredients, the white whiskey boasts a rich and complex flavor profile. Its 100% corn grain base is a nod to the traditional grain base used for "authentic" moonshine from the eastern mountains of the US. Despite being bottled at a gentle 80 proof, the whiskey still packs a punch, delivering a smooth and satisfying finish that lingers on the palate.

Nestville 9 Year old is the result of expert blending and aging techniques, with only the most exceptional grain and malt whiskies selected from archive stocks. These carefully crafted distillates have been aged in new virgin oak and bourbon casks, allowing for a bold and dynamic flavor to develop. On the nose, the whiskey exhibits sweet aromas of caramelized nuts, honey, and delicate flowers. The palate is a symphony of flavors, with subtle notes of creamy vanilla and rich caramel. As the whiskey finishes, it leaves a soft and intense impression, with a creamy-roasted touch that lingers long after the last sip.

A rich and flavorful blend of Canadian whisky. All the signature smoothness of Crown Royal, matured in charred oak barrels and blended at a higher proof for a richer texture and bold finish.

Anejo Cristalino​

Aged 16 months in 10 yr old Bourbon barrels, then refined into a Cristalino.Licorice/anise more pronounced, tropical fruit notes, cooked/ ripe, green fruits, creamy, custard like quality, Sweet, tropical , very smooth, Licorice, some pepperiness, vanilla, custard. Very long finish, sweet, creamy with a pronounced palate weight and texture.

Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at Maison Villevert Salles d’Angles in the south of France.

What is CÎROC vodka made from?

While some vodkas originate from wheat or other grains (there are even some potato-based vodkas), CÎROC is five-times distilled from fine French grapes giving it a distinct and fruity taste.

From The Brand

At Springbank we pride ourselves on producing a single malt that is made entirely in-house, employing traditional skills that have been passed down from one generation to the next. Produced since 1828, Springbank Single Malts are lightly peated in our kiln and distilled 2.5 times.

Our 18 year old is full of authority and is a classic, full-bodied dram. With a delicious nose, this whisky will tempt you in and hold your attention as you uncover its unique palate and finish.

65% Bourbon, 35% Sherry

Tasting Notes

Nose: The sherry influence is immediately apparent on the nose, with notes of raisins, prunes, mixed peel and fruit cake. There are notes of hard toffee and crème caramel, along with a spicy, wood element.

Palate: The palate introduces notes of madeira cake, marzipan and gingerbread. There is a sweetness in notes of honey and syrup and the creamy caramel note from the nose persists.

Finish: A woody finish with notes of allspice and aniseed.
