An award-winning distillery, built in 1875, located on the beautiful Sandend Bay, is a nature lover and surfer's paradise on the Moray coast of Scotland. The name Glenglassaugh means Valley of the Grey-Green Place, which refers to its lush coastal surroundings. The Glenglassaugh Distillery coat of arms, which features a design of gannets, stills and barley, is accompanied by the Latin phrase Per Mare, Per Terras, meaning By land, By sea. Not only does it reflect the surrounding coastal environment, it tells the story of how the whisky was historically transported to market, long before the distillery was built.

Glenglassaugh is the only distillery to straddle the Highland/Speyside border, with a coastal position, resulting in taste influence from three locations. The whisky matures in our beach side warehouses exposed to the North Sea air, which lends it intriguing salty notes; a Highland malt with seductive coastal charm. Despite being mothballed for over twenty years, the distillery has a history of proven maturation, with award winning old vintages dating back to the 1960s, whilst the recognized younger whiskies are bottled at higher strength. As this jewel of coastal malt is discovered and enjoyed, it promises to become a cult, contemporary classic.

Evolution is a distinctive whisky from a single variety oak cask style. This expression was matured in ex-Tennessee Whiskey casks, a harmonious combination of whisky and American oak, giving a unique character with great finesse. Natural colour and bottled at 100 proof.

Mezcal UNION is dedicated to preserving the traditional craft of distilling and promoting socio-economic growth among local communities by bringing together artisanal distilleries and agave farmers. Our mezcal is a meticulously handcrafted blend of agave Espadín and the rare Tobal wild agave, carefully produced and bottled in Oaxaca, Mexico. It boasts a delightful combination of flavors and aromas including a subtle smokiness, notes of butter, mint, cinnamon, mango, herbs, and minerals.

To ensure the sustainability of our mezcal production, we are actively engaged in replanting both species of agave used in our blend. While it takes time for agave to mature, our ultimate aim is to exclusively use agaves that we have replanted, as soon as nature allows. We employ sustainable farming practices to actively prevent soil erosion, ensuring the long-term health of the land and agave crops.

Tasting notes: Sweet, Fruity (pear, apple), Smoked, Herbs (mint, spearmint), Wet Earth and Wood.

In the history of Champagne, wines that were blended for greater sweetness were customarily described as « Rich ». In Russia, consumers would add sugar to their champagne, thus adding a personal touch to their wine. The Rich blend is comprised of Pinot Noir (45%), the main pillar of Veuve Clicquot’s winemaking, which gives the champagne its fundamental structure. The large part of Meunier (40%) provides roundness to the blend and Chardonnay (15%) completes it with extra freshness. For Rich Rosé, the blend is completed with 15% Pinot Noir red wine. Rich’s uniqueness is in its dosage of 60 g/L, which enhances the blend’s aromas. TASTING NOTES

Jura 10 Year Single Malt Scotch whisky is crafted in exceptionally tall stills and initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels for 10 years. Newton Vineyard Red Label Claret offers lively character and harmonious balance derived from meticulous approach top winemaking. Sourced from Napa and Sonoma county vineyards, these wines are made in the Newton style to showcase the purity of fruit.

Rich, ripe fruit dominate the nose with aromas of currant, boysenberry, blackberry and black cherry all intermingling. They are complimented by notes of vanilla, sweet spice and oak. The fruit continues onto the palate where the wine is balanced and bright, with round supple tannins and a nice lingering finish.
