Kevin Buckler drove his famous #66 Porsche to legendary victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona and Le Mans almost 30 years ago. Today, team driver Derek DeBoer stewards this historic number, adding hardware to the trophy case and carrying on the legacy. This wine celebrates our shared passion for incredible white blends. Kevin, Derek, and winemaker Garrett Martin collaborated to craft this Rhone-inspired blend of Chardonnay, Marsanne, and Viognier.

Petit Castel is the second label of Domaine du Castel‭. ‬It is a blend of Merlot‭, ‬Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot‭. ‬The grapes‭ ‬are handpicked‭. ‬The wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels‭, ‬followed by four months in concrete tanks as a final blend‭. ‬It is full bodied with a deep purple color‭. ‬The wine shows elegant tannins and a harmonic balance of fruit and oak‭. ‬It is‭ ‬at its peak from three to five years after harvest‭. ‬It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving‭.‬

Aging process
We age our Bourbon Whiskey for two years in new 53-gallon oak barrels. We use a a high rye and a high wheat mash builds for a confluence of wonderful whiskey

We finish the whiskey by dropping our used hand-cut and charred aspen wood discs from our rye whiskies as well as some new charred aspen wood discs to create a bourbon with a Taste Like None Other.

A creamy blend of rum, natural dairy cream, and natural flavor, Peaches & Cream has the taste of yellow ripe peach, peach jam, custardy cream, and sweet, summer fruit with a smooth finish.

Double Cask Reserve features our American single malt whisky that was individually aged for a minimum of five years in first fill bourbon casks and STR European red wine Cuvée casks before being vatted together for a gradual, gentle marriage. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 48% ABV.
