These barrels are hand selected to be in our single barrel program and sought after by bourbon enthusiasts. We estimate that 5-8% of all the barrels we taste are of single barrel quality.  These barrels typically have a unique and distinct flavor profile, as the wood from each barrel imparts its own characteristics into the whiskey.

The Fighting 69th is proud to introduce its new Fighting 69th Single Malt Irish Whiskey, which is a new limited release expression. This new whiskey is made from the finest malted barley, fermented and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Enjoy the rich complexity that is achieved from gentle aging in a combination of seasoned bourbon, rye, port, sherry, and rum casks. Savor the notes of toffee and vanilla, which give way to aromas of stone fruit and chocolate, with a finish of honey and cinnamon.

Wilderness Trail Rye Whiskey, crafted in Kentucky, showcases meticulous attention to detail and a balanced flavor profile. Made from a mash bill of rye, corn, and malted barley, it offers a smooth and complex taste with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, complemented by subtle hints of spice. Aged in new, charred oak barrels, it embodies the rich tradition of Kentucky distilling, making it a favorite among whiskey enthusiasts for its quality and depth of flavor.

Svensk Ek is a rare gem when it comes to character. The powerful Swedish oak casks and all-natural Swedish ingredients bring notes of dried ginger, sweet caramel and spicy oak.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fruity aroma of pear, apricot, and zesty citrus. Sweet tones of vanilla fudge and honey. Spicier tones of ginger and pepper.

Taste: The taste lives up to the promise of the aroma with pear, citrus, and dried ginger. The sweet tones now lean towards caramel, sweet almonds, and slightly bready notes. The taste also reveals spicy oak influences.

Aftertaste: The aftertaste is long and warming. Sweet milk chocolate balances the robust oak influences and the spicy pepper and ginger.

Mackmyra Björksav Swedish Single Malt Whisky is a unique expression from Mackmyra Distillery, Sweden's first whisky distillery. It features birch sap in its production and is aged in a blend of American oak, Swedish oak, and birch sap wine casks. The whisky offers a fresh, floral aroma with notes of birch sap, vanilla, and citrus. On the palate, it's smooth with flavors of pear, almond, and a hint of toffee, leading to a medium to long finish. Packaged elegantly, it's part of Mackmyra's seasonal range, showcasing their commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Our Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on our iconic bourbon profile. And to add to our collection, we created Rum Cask. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, we impart notes of spice and tropical sweetness on our 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. And we’re excited to include this unique flavor profile with the rest of the Yellowstone family.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Gingerbread, poached pear and fresh-cut hay.

Palate: Toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee and toasted oak.

Finish: Tobacco, clove and cocoa-seasoned oak with a long honey finish.

Team 144 Commemorative Bottle is 90 Proof and has been aged more than 2 years (30 months) in Owensboro, Kentucky. The Bourbon is rich in color with an amber hue and made with all Kentucky-grown corn, majority coming from Daviess County. The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 21% winter rye, and 9% malted Two-Row and Six--Row barley. The higher rye content results in a bourbon with warming spice notes on the nose and palate. Additional aroma notes to look for include cinnamon, dried cherry, and a light leather.

Taste: Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel and chocolate mint.

Finish: Long and dry with oak and pepper and a caramel loop.

The 2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is comprised of fruit sourced primarily from the Bob's Ranch Vineyard, as well as the Sangiacomo Vineyard. Bob’s Ranch Vineyard is characterized by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Coastal breezes along with low rolling hills and morning fog define this cool climate. The Sangiacomo Vineyard is a certified sustainable vineyard, first planted in 1969. The block we source from is entirely "Old Wente" field selection. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay makes this site ideal for growing Chardonnay.

2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay opens with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, fresh apple, crisp peach, and vanilla cream. The palate is round and flavorful, finishing with bright acidity and a note of spicy ginger.

Maker Notes

This wine incorporates choice fruit from vineyards throughout Napa Valley, from our organic estate vineyards to small rugged hillside sites of our partner growers. By blending these various lots, we create a rich panorama on the palate, a landscape of complexity and character that clearly depicts Napa Valley.

Our 2019 growing began with ample rainfall and lingering soil moisture. A warm, extended summer saw very few extreme heat events, with foggy mornings setting the stage for vibrant and expressive wines. The long, relatively mild finish to the season helped to preserve freshness and balance in the fruit with hang time that allowed for impressive color, structure and tannin. This is an exceptional vintage defined by well integrated acidity, dense texture, and great depth.

TASTING NOTES

Our 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet is expressive with aromas of dark cocoa, red berry, and dried herbs. The palate is lush and fruit-forward with hints of spice and leather. The tannin is polished—fully integrated and balanced through the lengthy finish.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot

Sugar cookies and cinnamon are one of those magical pairings that make a whole new kind of delicious. That’s why we took those flavors and blended it with our moonshine and some cream to create a Snickerdoodle you can pour over ice. Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

With a bracing dose of bitterness, a bright pop of citrus, and intriguing sylvan notes, Bruto is a bitter aperitivo liqueur with classic roots and fresh attitude.

ruto Americano absolutely bursts with flavor. On the nose you’ll find vibrant citrus backed by cinnamon, sandalwood, and fir. On the palate, Bruto leads with bitter before opening up to an herbaceous mid-palate that gives way to a lingering bitter/citrus finish.

In cocktails, use Bruto anywhere you’d use an Italian red bitter (and in a few places you wouldn’t). AROMA: Its aroma and flavour evoke memories of traditional desserts. The botanical and citrus tones of Licor 43 are harmoniously combined with the salty caramel, further enhacing the vanilla. This way, the distinct dessert taste is brought to life!

DESCRIPTION
Slow & Low Coffee Old-Fashioned is inspired by the classic coffee cocktail, Café Brulot. Bold, bright, and brimming with baking spice, our coffee old-fashioned is comprised of Straight Rye Whiskey, Intelligentsia Coffee, a pinch of demerara cane sugar and raw honey, aromatic bitters, and navel orange peel. Clocking in at a muscular 80 proof, it’s devilishly delicious.
