Elvis Presley was a man of many nicknames, including Tiger Man, the King of the Jungle.  Some say it was his dad who first called him Tiger Man, some say it was a fan, either way the name was a perfect fit.  Elvis first performed the song, Tiger Man in concert in Las Vegas in 1969 and continued playing it

Old gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle notes of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, sweet and genuine great finish. Extra Añejo Tequilas are aged at least 3 years in barrels, making the product itself at least 10 years old - accounting for the time agave takes to grow, at least 7 years - by the time it touches your glass.  Some extra añejos lean towards a cognac profile if given a heavier aging, while others that are more gently aged, simply are an extension of an añejo profile, but softer, sweeter, and with more presence of oak.  We suggest that these be sipped neat, or enjoyed with a single ice cube.

InSiete Leguas De Antano Extra Anejo tense golden yellow color, with golden shades and full body. It offers to the nose fruity notes and delicate accents to spices. The agave elegantly blends this aromatic harmony, fulfilling its olfactory promise in the mouth. For 5 years, the barrel coat ends up printing its sophisticated style, becoming the frame that highlights its pleasant personality.

In order for a spirit to be called Scotch Whisky it must be a product of Scotland. Although Santa Fe Spirits’ Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey is proud to pay homage to its heritage, this whiskey is much more than just another peat-smoked whiskey from across the pond and wouldn’t want to be called Scotch even if it could be.

Like its Scottish single malt cousins, Santa Fe Spirits’ Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey is made entirely from malted barley, carefully distilled, aged and finished in various oak casks to enhance the complex flavors inherent to true single malt whiskey. But there are key differences that set this remarkable spirit apart from its Scottish relatives.

While peat-smoked malt has always been a key ingredient in many well known Scotch whiskies, Santa Fe Spirits’ Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey’s wonderfully complex flavor profile benefits from a very different type of smoked malt : mesquite. The result is a smooth, mellow, mysteriously balanced hint of smoky complexity unique to Santa Fe Spirits.

Santa Fe Spirits’ Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey’s unique barrel aging process also separates it from its low-altitude relatives. Santa Fe Spirits is located 7,000 feet above sea level in the high desert and utilizes a climate-controlled barrel warehouse to maintain a more even temperature, as local temperatures range from freezing cold to swelteringly hot, with very low humidity. 

Santa Fe Spirits’ Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey is the deliciously unique result of an Englishman moving to the desert of the Southwest, building a distillery, and hybridizing time-honored Scottish distilling techniques with the unique flavors and climate of his new home.

General Gorostieta Blanco Tequila is a true expression of craftsmanship and quality, made from 100% blue agave. Its visual phase showcases a bright, luminous white color with silver hues, hinting at its full-bodied nature. The olfactory phase reveals a complex bouquet of intense notes, including caramel, vanilla, and cooked agave, resulting from a slow cooking process. Fruity hints of red pomegranate, yellow plum, and chico zapote, paired with citrusy grapefruit and lemon tones, reflect the rich Alteño terroir.

As the tequila develops, light spicy notes of black pepper and floral aromas of rose petals emerge, enhanced by subtle mineral tones that contribute to its well-balanced profile. On the palate, General Gorostieta Blanco Tequila offers a silky mouthfeel, confirming its aromatic promise. George Dickel has teamed up with the Leopold Bros to produce an innovative rye whisky offering.The release blends George Dickel’s column still rye produced at Cascade Hallow Distillery with Leopold Bros’ Three Chamber Rye to recreate a historic style. This union between column distilled rye and Three Chamber distilled rye turns back the hands of time, returning to an era that saw heavy-bodied rye whisky served at bars and saloons throughout America. The Cascade Hollow component of this blend is a never-before released traditional column still rye.

Originally established in Paris, Kentucky in 1856, Chicken Cock was forced to move production up to Canada during Prohibition. The Canadian Rye whiskey produced during that period was then smuggled back into the U.S. in tin cans, earning the brand the nickname, “The whiskey in a tin can.”
