The Añejo, a crowning achievement, was the special creation of Sebastian Melendrez and his all-star team whose work spanned seven years. In the mouth, it is ever so soft and pleasant with sweet texture. The nose is harmonious and elegant with aromas of dry fruit, hints of cherry, peach, apricot and rose petals, special and purely organic. It is best to approach this special Tequila as a scotch or cognac drinker would, raising your level of expectation to meet the agave flavored purity. TASTING NOTES

Color: Deep amber color with golden and orange hues, great body.

Nose/Aroma: The first impression has intense notes like burned vanilla, tobacco, nuts, coffee and maple, developed in aging in the American oak barrel. The sweet cooked agave aroma, dry fruit like peach, apricot and cherry, rose petals integrate the personality of 4 copas Añejo. Harmonious and elegant.

Taste/Mouthfeel: In the mouth it is sweet and soft.  Flavors present are burned vanilla, tobacco, nuts, maple and cooked agave. The mouthfeel is intense. The after taste is sweet.

We are thrilled to introduce our latest creation—a premium aged 100% Blue Agave Reposado tequila infused with our signature ghost pepper essence. This exceptional spirit not only caters to the discerning palate of tequila enthusiasts but also offers a more complex and sippable experience. 

Whether enjoyed on the rocks or expertly crafted into elevated margaritas and cocktails, our new reposado tequila allows customers to "trade up" to a more premium experience, showcasing our distinctive flavor profile in every sip.​

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow – fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

To create our 15 Year Old, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes, and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours, Gordon chose to bottle at 44% ABV to allow the whisky’s vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat to shine through.
