St-Rémy Signature is the new creation from our Master Blender Cécile Roudaut. With this blend, she wanted to shape a new face for brandy by exploring new production processes and new aromas, while continuing to respect St-Rémy traditions and its historical smooth profile. To do so, she decided to introduce a double maturation process.

The first maturation takes place in new oak casks (Quercus Petraea species with a fine grain) using medium and high heat. These casks will deliver spicy notes, indulgence, and vivacity. The second maturation takes place in traditional casks (Quercus Robur species with a large grain) using high heat only. These casks will deliver roundness, balance and sweetness, and will assert the very personality of our brandy.

The result is a smooth and fruity taste. Its perfect harmony makes it ideal for classic brandy cocktails or creations!

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Luminous, bright-amber, intensified by fiery, red sparks.

NOSE: A sweet aroma of virgin wood and spices such as vanilla, coconut and almond, as well as fresh fruits.

PALATE: Subtle and smooth. Virgin woody notes are enriched with honey, nut and butter flavours. Fruity notes start fresh, and then become candied. Sweet spices create roundness and balance.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Pittyvaich has an exceptional single malt from the 'ghost' distillery of Pittyvaich at its heart. Pittyvaich closed its doors in 1993 after just 18 years of life. Though short in life, Pittyvaich left a distinct and growing legacy. This hidden gem is now gently spoken about the world over for its unique Speyside style.

Sweet fruit notes if fresh apple gather with the distinct autumnal flavours of Pittyvaich, beautifully balanced with the delicate subtle sweetness of honeycomb and soft wood from the 'ghost ' whiskies of Port Dundas and Carsebridge. Other very rare whiskies from a quartet of Speyside distilleries including Mannochmore, Auchroisk, Cragganmore and Strathmill alongside the Highland whisky of Royal Lochnagar, bring aromas of dark fruit and berries before easing into gentle butterscotch, stewing orchard fruits and a dash of cinnamon, all combining to create an exploration of this rarely seen 'ghost' whisky. In total this special blend consists of whisky from Pittyvaich and 7 other rare whiskies.

19 Crimes is a brand that was built on authentic stories of rebellion, defiance, loyalty and perseverance. In 1788, banishment to Australia from the UK became the punishment of choice. If you broke any one of the 19 Crimes, you sailed on a harrowing journey where months later your fate awaited. Times were tough but these individuals were tougher and they overcame adversity and insurmountable odds to ultimately claim redemption.

One wine of absolute quality
Opus One is the realized dream of two men: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Chateau Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. Together, our founders set out to create a single wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. This singular mission shapes every vintage, today and for generations to come.

Abundant spring rains, nearly double the annual average, saturated the soil and provided ample water for the growing season. The first signs of budbreak were observed in the vineyard on March 27th; a full 15 days later than usual. This delay led to later bloom and veraison. However, warmer temperatures toward the end of summer accelerated the fruit’s development and maturity. Picking began on September 10th, a couple of days earlier than average. Harvest lasted four weeks, and activity in the cellar proceeded at a calm and steady pace.

The Opus One 2019 has intense aromas of black plum, blueberry, black currant, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by fine-grained tannins. The freshness and soft glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 78%, Merlot 8%, Petit Verdot 6%, Cabernet Franc 6% and Malbec 2%

Barrel Aging: 19 months in new French oak

THE TIDES HAVE TURNED

Matured in a slightly higher proportion of Oloroso Sherry casks, this sublime 19 year old whisky is the epitome of an aged Ardbeg. Part of a highly sought-after and collectable Ardbeg series, Batch 4 is the latest expression. This sublime Traigh Bhan, like the bottles before it, inspired by Islay’s Traigh Bhan beach (pronounced tri-van).

Ardbeg Traigh Bhan masterfully performs the impossible – balancing the lull and crescendo of its intense flavours. Bottled under a full moon, the tides have turned for this rare spirit as more mentholic, herbal notes rush the senses, with intense smoke left behind in its peaty wake.

A BOURBON OF THE LAND

A true farm-to-table bourbon, Frey Ranch Four-Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 100% sustainably grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled on the Frey Ranch. Aged for 5 years, this 90-proof bourbon is smooth yet complex with oak and citrus aromas followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips, and dried hay on the palate. With a 4-grain mash bill of non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley-malted on site, this is a flavorful bourbon that can easily be enjoyed on its own, yet also holds up in any whiskey-based cocktail.

Dewar’s brings together Scotland and France for this fruit forward flavour experience, bringing together the vibrant flavors that embody both countries. Dewar’s French Smooth is an 8-year-old Blended Scotch Whisky finished in Apple Spirit (Calvados) Casks and is the fifth in an innovative cask series. This rich and full-bodied whisky brings this unique finishing process to the double aged Dewar’s blend for the first time, creating an approachable and smooth whisky with a difference.

Over many years and several trips to Oaxaca, partners from both sides of the border went in search of an expertly crafted, “go-to”, everyday mezcal…and we couldn’t find it…so we made our own. We sought out maestro mezcaleros who share our passion to be the best at what they do and decided the name should resonate with quality and passion – and THE PRODUCER was born.

A terroir-driven testament to time spent maturing in Sierra Sur. Made for sipping.

Spicy and luxurious

The mature, deep, spicy one: a deeper Sherry influence adds more spiciness and a liquorice tang. Greater age adds body and develops the distinctive fruitiness to a rich raisin character.

Colour: Auburn gold

Nose: Rich and complex notes of toffee and butterscotch combine with ripe peach and bitter orange

Palate: Perfect structure. Initial notes of soft apricot and cream are offset by developing flavours of blackcurrant jam and sweet oak with a touch of honey

Tequila Mandala was founded on November 16, 2016 by Jose Joel Garcia Barreto, Arturo Lomeli Ibarra and Humberto Ibarra. The founders had the specific idea of bringing a unique, premium sipping tequila to the U.S. spirit market. Tequila Mandala’s hallmark, the Extra Añejo, comes in a hand-crafted, hand-painted ceramic bottle. The “MANDALA” is a powerful representational symbol that has had significance in most all regions of the world for thousands of years. It transcends borders, religions and cultures; it is essential to all humanity; its essence is both broad and powerful, derived from a circle to convey life’s infinite potential, with no beginning and no end. The mandala symbol portrays the universal balance of joy, peace, and life itself.

Award-winning Tequila, made of 100% agave azul. A balanced and refined flavor defines each version of Mandala, with a composition of subtle and individual notes, creating harmony in every step of the process.

MANDALA AÑEJO

Of meticulous care in its process and elaborated with the selection of mature agaves that is cooked in brick ovens, receiving a double distillation to reach the perfect taste. Aged 24 months in Sherry Cask barrels helping to achieve an exquisite body of unequaled flavor.

Aroma: Roasted French oak, cooked agave.

Taste: Soft, fruity and sweet, leaving a finish that is persistent and pleasant to the palate.

PROCESS

Lost Horse Whiskey is named after the now famous gold mine in Joshua Tree National Park. A story of serendipitous good fortune inspires the whiskey blend sourced from some of the highest quality American casks. We carefully choose a proprietary blend of mash bills and ages to create this supremely approachable all-American blended whiskey. Our Lost Horse Whiskey received a silver medal in the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.​

Lost Horse Whiskey starts with a warm sweet pallet followed by a delicate spice that's rounded out by a rich nutty body. At 40% A.B.V., Lost Horse Whiskey is immensely enjoyable neat and also mixes well into classic whiskey cocktails. 

JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK ASSOCIATION

We contribute a portion of sales of our Lost Horse Whiskey to the Joshua Tree National Park Association to support the needs of the National Park in an ongoing partisanship with the organization. 1% of all Lost Horse Whiskey sales made at our distillery and at our retail partners are donated to quarterly.

MASTER'S KEEP UNFORGOTTEN

A masterful blend of 13-year-old bourbon and 8- and 9-year-old ryes, finished in rye casks

HOW WE MAKE OUR MASTER’S KEEP UNFORGOTTEN

The idea of marrying the straight bourbon and rye whiskies of Wild Turkey Distilling Co. was born in 2010 when a crew member accidentally mixed a batch of young rye with a barrel of mature bourbon. Over a decade later, Master Distiller Eddie Russell has leveraged his years of distillation experience to craft Master’s Keep Unforgotten, a high proof, extra-aged variation of the harmonious blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskies, this time finished in rye casks for a secondary aging period in the pre-prohibition Rickhouse B – the favorite rickhouse of Eddie’s father, Master Distiller Jimmy Russell.
