This small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. In southeast Spain, where the finest Murcian lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges grow, we work closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably source the most exquisite citrus for our Premier Cru Gin.

In each small batch we create, our Master Distiller selects the precise cut of the distillation to ensure each-and-every bottle is a fitting tribute to the region, the suppliers and farmers’ craftsmanship, and the supreme quality of that harvest ensuring the same outstanding liquid is produced each year. Against the signature BOMBAY SAPPHIRE taste, this expression beautifully balances sweet orange and mandarin, while allowing the vibrancy of our signature Murcian lemons to shine through as the hero of this exquisite liquid.

Hand-Picked and Hand Peeled Citrus

During the late season’s annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, our dedicated suppliers and farmers hand-pick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer.

Maker Notes

Our world famous gin in its distinctive blue bottle. Every drop contains 10 hand-selected botanicals from exotic locations around the world. Our Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti, doesn’t just go the extra mile, he goes an extra thousand miles. He hand-selects the botanicals used in our gin and builds personal relationships with each grower. Once we’ve hand-selected the finest botanicals on earth, there’s no way we’re then going to boil them. We gently vapour infuse them to capture their bright, vibrant flavours.

From the heat of our cubeb berries from Java to the spice of our West African Grains of Paradise, every one of our ten precious botanicals are chosen to bring their own special something to our gin. Uniquely distilled, they come together to give Bombay Sapphire its tantalising, smooth and complex taste.

BACARDÍ Limón rum named after the Spanish word for lemon. But it gets its fresh flavor from a blend of three citrus fruits; lemon, lime and grapefruit. So what does it taste like? Sunshine!

Impossibly Crafted Non-Alcoholic Spirit Amaretti. This unique beverage has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a nutty amaretto liqueur with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's beverages have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Flavour profile: Totally almond on the palate and tangy with spice to keep the nutty and candied vanilla flavours to a delicious medium-sweet.

Tasting Notes

On the palate, the dram exhibits a herbaceous and grassy character, with the development of peat. Its texture is oily and almost waxy, leaving a desire for another sip. The initial flavors of cinnamon, stone fruit, and caramel are followed by a lingering finish that reveals malty, spicy, and peaty notes, with subtle hints of tobacco as it fades away.

Created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting bronze spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication.

How is this non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay made?

An alcohol-removed Chardonnay wine from 100% Spanish grapes. This sparkling white wine is made the exact same way as its alcoholic counterpart except for the last and most important step. Our Chardonnay wine is dealcoholized at a state-of-the-art facility which removes the alcohol while keeping the amazing wine aromas and flavors you would expect from a quality Chardonnay wine. This process brings our Sparkling Chardonnay wine down to less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, the same amount you’d find in a ripe banana or bread!

History

Born in the Highlands of Jalisco, and raised in the Valleys of Tequila. Don Fulano is a product of the Fonseca family whose story begins in the Highlands of Jalisco where their great grandfathers began cultivating agave 140 years ago. Today - respected agave farmers – they also run La Tequilena, one of the highest-rated and most awarded tequila distilleries.

Don Fulano Fuerte is the original overproof; one of a kind, it is profoundly aromatic, full of spice and flavor and yet mellow with floral glimmers of Jasmin and orange blossom. It brings a direct connection with the agave fields, with its terroir, with its patient fermentation and its masterful distillation in copper alembics. Full bodied and generous in its complexity, its finish is full and prolonged. One for the connoisseur and epicurean, to sip neat or unbeatable in a fantastic cocktail.

About the Brand

Hey there! We’re Mom Water, a fruit infused vodka water. That’s right, no bubbles — just pure still water (#drinkslikewater #notaseltzer). There’s also no sugar, no carbs, no artificial flavors or preservatives, and each drink is only 90 calories! We were created by Bryce and Jill Morrison, a southern Indiana couple in search of the perfect poolside drink that wasn’t loaded with sugar and could keep them feeling refreshed on a hot summer day. Jill was never a big seltzer fan or the bloating and headaches that followed after having a few, so she set out to create a light, non-carbonated alcoholic beverage.

After becoming a self-declared mixologist, Jill created a drink that was the perfect, all natural, sugar-free mix of tasty and boozy, and it didn’t take long for it to become a staple among her (and Bryce's!) friends. However, one of their kids accidentally grabbed one of Jill’s specially concocted water bottles from the cooler, so Bryce suggested she properly label them and Jill began to scribble "Mom" on the side. Thus, Mom Water was born.

The first nose gives way to fleshy peach with a hint of white tobacco, followed by a burst of vanilla and toasty toffee. A vivacious palate of exotic fruit, pineapple, mango and pear with a lifted acidity and lychee finish.

At 15 STARS, we take pride in producing outstanding aged whiskey. We meticulously craft all our products using only the finest quality materials. This includes selectively sourcing fine aged whiskeys, marrying different mash bills and aged stocks to add complexity, distilling rare and unique proprietary grains, barrel entry proofs as low as 103, and “flavor proofing” at bottling for a superior neat drinking experience. Sparing no expense or effort in our pursuit for great whiskey, we only bottle whiskeys that meet our highest standards.

We combine the craftsmanship of early Kentucky distillers and their tradition of excellence with innovative and creative aging and finishing techniques to bring you the finest whiskey.

Tasting Notes

Nose: On the nose, the fresh scent of cinnamon, rose petals, and apricot rest on rich maple and oak.

Palate: Citrus and spice form an inviting balance with caramel and almonds to produce a satisfyingly round palate.

Finish: The experience is concluded by a long and soft toasted oak finish.

Sour bourbon mash is comprised of 57% corn 38% rye and 5% malted barley. It is bright, cleaned, and balanced. The corn really shines up front with a round soft sweetness. The rye lends it a subtle spiciness and the malt gives it a nice backbone. At 50% ABV it drinks very nice as a sipper or on the rocks.

Tasting Notes

Color: Clear with an almost unnoticeable trace of tannins from the barrel.

Nose: Bright floral, grapefruit, light vanilla, bread, and corn

Taste & Finish: Sweet cooked corn, soft vanilla, white pepper, grace

Maker Notes

Legend has it that the first ruler of Japan descended from an ocean princess-dragon. In the depths of the Pacific, this princess lived in a palace made of corals-the life-givers and purifiers of the ocean.

Drawing inspiration from this legend, we named our rum, Minoki – Ocean Princess and embodied to our design the mythical princess, dragon and Fuji-yama, the symbol of Japan.

Known as the rainforests of the ocean, coral reefs are essential for life under water. Today, they are in decline due to environmental stress and need our help. To protect and restore the coral reefs around the world, we are committed to donating a portion of our earnings and raising awareness through the lifetime of Minoki.

Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished

Inspired by the legend, we finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in Mizunara – Japanese Oak Casks before filtering through washed ashore and bleached Japanese corals to create a perfectly smooth blend with hints of Japanese tropical fruits on the nose and spiced-vanilla in the finish.

A small-batch whiskey and is the first Blue Run product with Bourbon Hall of Famer Jim Rutledge serving as the contracted Master Distiller (on all previous Blue Run products, except Golden Rye, Jim served as the Liquid Advisor). Jim distilled this batch at Castle & Key Distillery.

Tasting Notes:

The nose is pralines and orange peel. There are hints of bright cherry and tobacco. Brown sugar and nuttiness start to shine on the palate. There is s little bit of white pepper but its well-balanced. It slowly moves to stone fruit and dried apricot. The finish is long. As the finish progresses there's herbal white tea, peach and clove.

Mosaico is a pure Merlot: the richness of this grape is enhanced in the Bolgheri terroir. As in a "mosaic": from a distance the image is clear, but the surprising freshness and complexity create a perfect balance.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks with a temperature of 26/28°C for 22 days conducted with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during the refinement.

Refinement: at least 12 months in 2nd - 3rd passage French oak barriques and 6 months in the bottle

This wine is bottled without being filtered or treated for clarification in order to preserve its integrity.

TASTING NOTES

The color is deep intense ruby ​​red, on the nose the typical notes of cassis, currants and ripe red fruit are embellished with notes of cinnamon, coffee and tobacco which contribute to its great elegance and aromatic breadth. The mouth is juicy, sweet with well-polished tannins supported by a long finish.

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.

Catrina History

La Catrina was a zinc etching originally created in 1910 by Mexican printmaker Jose Guadalupe Posada. He was known for his images of political and social satire. She became a symbolic figure during the time of the Mexican Revolution. 

​La Catrina is often associated with Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a pre-Colombian Meso-American observace of death and life that is celebrated on November 2nd in all of Mexico, the Yucatan Peninsula and parts of Central America.

​La Catrina in her elegance broad-brimmed hat first appeared in a satirical engraving that mocked those who pretended to be of a higher class, even if that meant starving, and going painfully thin, or without flesh. 

​To this day, La Catrina continues to be a symbolic figure. She has become part of the imagery for Dia de los muertos but also she can be found in books, cartoons, posters, figurines and artwork spanning over 100 years.

This artwork was created around 1910-1913 by José Guadalupe Posada in an etching called “La Calavera Catrina,” originally known as “La Calavera Garbancera.” She was created as a satirical image. Now we adapt Mexico's great folflore into a one of a kind Tequila Package, Dona Celia Tequila. Made out of ceramic and hand painted designs, this doll not only has a beautiful design but has a high quality 100% Agave Tequila to compliment inside.

The Tools-down Whiskey

Five Nine is the “Tools-Down Whiskey” brought to you by the Troll Co. lifestyle brand that celebrates blue-collar America.

Our whiskey is made at the 10th oldest distillery in Kentucky, located in Owensboro. Five Nine is a high-rye whiskey made with 70% Locally grown Kentucky corn, 21% winter rye, 9% malted 2 and 6 row barley.

Crafted to honor creators, builders, fixers, and doers who measure time by the grit on their hands, not the hands of the clock. Five Nine was created to celebrate small wins after a long day on a job.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 034 is a blend of 6, 8, 10, and 15-year-old barrels. 8-year-old barrels driven by strong hazelnut and dark cherry notes lay a foundation enhanced by high-corn barrels showing browned butter and apricot. We mingled this first step for months before adding high-rye barrels carrying cinnamon and allspice. Finally, a vatting of 10 and 15-year-old barrels was added for earthiness and light tannin. The result is a robust and sophisticated bourbon.

BLEND COMPONENTS: Indiana: 6 years old | Tennessee:8, 10 and 15 years old | Kentucky:8 years old

DERIVED MASH BILL: Corn: 79% | Rye: 17% | Malted Barley: 4%

Flavor Notes

The nose is deftly balanced between the exuberant fresh fruit of youth and the oxidized, dried fruit of maturity. This dynamic tension carries over to the palate where rich port notes are supported by bright Seville orange and cola.

Appearance: Copper with rose gold highlights

Nose: Eggnog and madeleines set the stage. Dry, hard cider integrates a range of florals such as elderflower and violet. Over time, the fruit transitions to a more cooked character, displaying dried apricot, candied orange peel, and mulled cider.

Palate: Blackcurrant jam and grape soda start the palate off with focus and depth. More classic notes of cinnamon donut, warm cola, and pecan pie emerge. Fresh notes of green grape and Seville orange are followed by umami, and salt.

Finish: A modest amount of sandy tannin sustains notes of shiso, licorice root, and fudgy peanut butter cup through a lengthy finish. There is an additional pop of iron and slate.
