Our Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon is inspired by Heather, the wife of our founder, Kaveh Zamanian. Elegant, sweet, and charming, she is the muse behind our brand. A Louisville native, she introduced Kaveh to Bourbon, luring him away from his beloved Scotch and down a rabbit hole he may have never dared alone.

This super-premium Straight Bourbon Whiskey is carefully crafted by taking our fine wheated bourbon aged in alligator char barrels and resting it in handselected Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks from Spain's renown Casknolia Cooperage. The resulting whiskey is an unmistakably balanced expression that blends modern and traditional whiskey making.

Meet Heigold, our latest Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with high rye. Enjoy its enticing aroma of toasted malt, silky butterscotch palate, and peppery finish at 95 proof. Crafted with precision in charred American White Oak barrels, it pays homage to a 1800s German stonecutter. Aged over 3 years in Kentucky, it develops butterscotch, baking spices, and a deep caramel hue – the essence of the American dream. Another winning addition to our current range, the anCnoc 24 Years Old has been bottled in its most natural form – neither chill-filtered nor coloured, and as a result may develop a light haze with the addition of water or if kept at a cold temperature.  This haze is a natural characteristic of whisky that is non chill-filtered.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Vintage amber.

NOSE: Densely sweet and spicy with a cosy embrace of Christmas cake. Rich yet crisp with notes of vanilla, set toffee and lemon juice.

TASTE: Spiciness continues with hints of candied orange slices, warm honey and worn leather filling the mouth with a symphony of maturity.

Luxardo Bitter is obtained from a separate infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits in water and alcohol.
Such infusions are then blended together according a Luxardo Family original recipe before being filtered and bottled. Bright red in color, herbal and citrusy aromas meet distinctive gentian and wormwood flavors, which distinguish Luxardo Bitter. Ideal for many classic cocktails such as Americano or Negroni, it can also be enjoyed neat or over ice as an aperitivo. Try it as well hard shaken and double strained in a coupette, you’ll have the perfect “Shakerato”.

At the base of Mount Veeder lies a one-of-a-kind winegrowing region known as “Los Carneros.” Here, cooling breezes and daily fog from the San Pablo Bay combine with the region’s clay loam soils to produce the perfect conditions for growing Chardonnay. The grapes develop slowly in Carneros, ripening evenly to produce wines of rare  expressiveness. When we decided it was time for Mount Veeder to release a Chardonnay, we knew that it had to be from Carneros — but we wanted it to be uniquely our own. After exploring all the region had to offer, we selected fruit from a vineyard whose Chardonnay grapes flawlessly emulate Mount Veeder’s mountain style. The resulting wine offers rich layers of fruit balanced by a fresh, vibrant acidity.

TASTING NOTES
Pale gold with aromas of ripe, golden orchard fruits, fresh banana, and pineapple, with a touch of caramel and vanilla. The palate is round and clean with bright acidity and a flinty finish of crisp minerality.

Maker Notes

The grapes for our Il Ducale wine come from the most prestigious wine-growing regions of Tuscany, including Ruffino's estate vineyards. After we ferment the wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for eight days, it receives extended grape skin contact for another eight to 10 days for deep colour and concentrated flavours. We age this wine for 12 months in oak casks of first, second and third use.

IL DUCALE RED BLEND

Color:  Ruby red with violet reflections.

Aroma:  Il Ducale shows notes of cassis, cherries, plums, and chocolate, which then fade into aromas of vanilla, tobacco, vanilla, eucalyptus, and spice.

Tasting profile:  The wine opens with fruit-driven notes that unfold into round, elegant tannins. This well-balanced wine finishes with ripe fruits and aromas of vanilla and balsamic herbs. Il Ducale is a modern Tuscan wine born from Ruffino’s century-old winemaking traditions.

Southern Reserve Rye: Golden amber in appearance. Notes of spicy toasted American oak give way to the gentle warm finish of sweet rye and caramel.

It is born from the tradition that our tequila masters have of selecting year after year from among hundreds of Tierra Noble barrels only those that have developed the most subtle and elegant notes to celebrate the end of each season. Over time, the exquisite blend of these extra-aged wines of up to 85 months of maturation would become what the Founder's Selection is today.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Intense dark amber color, clean and bright with reddish highlights, great adhesion in the glass forming tears and full-bodied legs.

NOSE: Very pleasant and smooth on the nose with fruity and sweet aromas; Notes of cooked agave honey, vanilla, prunes, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricot and tobacco in a perfect balance with woody notes.

PALATE: Soft on the palate, balanced and complex, with flavors of dark chocolate, nuts and red fruits, a light touch of tobacco and spices; of great persistence on the palate.
