To ensure authentic taste of Highlands-born tequilas, Espanita Blanco is crafted from 100% mature Blue Agaves by using ancestral production techniques and bottled fresh from the still. As a result, Espanita Blanco is bursting with zesty, peppery aromas of freshly baked agaves and retains intense, clean, herbaceous flavors; a tequila in its purest form.

We recommend enjoying Espanita Blanco neat or on the rocks, served in a whiskey glass over a large chunk of ice. Swirl it gently and you will be surprised by the complexity of its taste and aromas when tequila gradually opens and develops in a glass.

About the Brand

The Camarena brothers used to run the Santa Maria ranch from sunset to sunset. The only thing that could stop them was their parents call to come home for dinner.

Driven by the unbridled passion that lived in their hearts, one afternoon in the cold winters of 1976, they left the ranch without permission to ride their horses, taking them to the municipal lane of Arandas for a clandestine race of 100 rods, the young brothers looked at each other with the certainty that this day would remain engraved in their memories; with passion and enthusiasm, they set off on their horses in an unprecedented race, competing head to head….

A few meters from the end of the race, the unexpected happens, they see that the chain of the finish line is set and they know perfectly well that their end is near… Suddenly, the imposing mare «Paloma» runs to line up next to the horse «Pinto», and with the sum of their strength they manage to break the chain, saving the lives of the Camarena brothers. That moment was the motivation to follow a dream, Tequila Carrera.

REPOSADO

Nose: nice agave and light cinnamon, vanilla and caramel. Has a nice fruitiness on it.

Flavor: vanilla, hint of caramel.

Other: Toasted barrels, good mixer, an everyday sipper.

Made from gently pressed Grenache grapes in the classic Old World style, the 2022 Rosé presents a pretty pale flamingo hue with scintillating aromas of fresh strawberry, guava, and honeysuckle. Subtle hyacinth and ginger notes are accompanied by cranberry, rhubarb, cherry blossom and lemon meringue. The palate is exquisitely balanced, displaying a lush, crisp juiciness with flavors of ripe strawberry, papaya, nectarine and mandarin orange. Hints of spiced peach, mango and watermelon are complemented by red delicious apple, kiwi, apricot and honeydew melon, all cascading into a clean, refreshing finish.

Variety: 100% Grenache Noir

Lovely and bright—a quintessential rendition of Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc. Tantalizing aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberry, and quince reveal floral impressions of lemongrass and acacia, all balanced by notes of lychee and wet stone. The palate is classily structured and elegantly styled, displaying crisp, juicy fruit flavors that burst across the palate, including lemon chiffon, key lime pie, and kiwi accented with green apple, white nectarine and pineapple. Decisively refreshing, this wine finishes clean with lingering notes of dragon fruit, passionfruit, and citrus.

Each year, we set aside the best barrels of our Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley to produce Special Selection. Distinguished by extremely fine, velvety tannins and enjoyable upon release or with aging. A wine of structure with intense concentration of supple flavors and dark fruits. Special Selection is the only wine in the world honored twice as Wine Spectator magazine’s “Wine of the Year.”

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins, as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Grapes for this wine are farmed in a range of Napa’s sub-appellations – from Coombsville to Calistoga – with fruit from the valley floor creating lushness and the hillsides providing backbone. Diversification enables us to make the best possible wine in a given year, featuring layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

The 2021 Conundrum White Blend is a delightful mix of varietals that captures the essence of California’s sun-drenched vineyards. This wine is both refreshing and layered, featuring aromas of tropical fruit and hints of honeysuckle. It’s the perfect choice for pairing with seafood, pasta, or simply enjoying on its own. Available through Royal Batch, this wine promises a memorable experience for any gathering.

For 18 months our Anejo ages, giving this expression an even richer color, aroma, and flavor, amplifying the present qualities of our reposado. A well rounded, multi-layered palate of sweet oak, butterscotch, finishing with ultra-smooth vanilla highlights. 40% ABV.

One of many definitions of the word, abstract, is a summary of something larger, encompassing the crucial elements, making it easy to comprehend on the fly. Abstract, in its own way, is an abstract of our winemaking mission and the ethos of Orin Swift. It will always have our signature drinkability, comprised of fruit from quality vineyards across California and creates conversations - be it about the wine or the label. For those new to Orin Swift, Abstract is a beloved starting point on a journey with us. 

2021 DESCRIPTION
Immediate aromatics escape the glass: blueberry, Mirabelle plum, ripe raspberry, Bing cherry and enchanting musk. On entry, the wine is seamless and enveloping with notes of Black plum, sweet cassis and blueberry compote on the mid-palate. Textured and long on the finish, the wine closes with a hint of dried lavender and dark chocolate.

About this product
The 2021 Apothic Red is a rich Zinfandel-led Red blend with red silky, smooth layers of black cherry, boysenberry and black pepper. Syrah and Merlot add intriguing notes of ripe blueberry and boysenberry, while a mix of other red varieties add dimension and depth with hints of spice. Soft and plush on the palate, the long finish brings vanilla and mocha characteristics, a reflection of the selective oak aging used to enhance and support the wine’s elegant appeal.

Viticulture Notes
We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Red from the Lodi and Central Valley areas in California. We sourced the Zinfandel from Lodi, a premium producer of intensely concentrated, silky textured fruit. California’s 2021 growing season was cool and mild, excellent conditions for developing mature, layered fruit. A heat spell in August resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors.

Winemaking Notes
Red was our first Apothic release: a daringly bold and original blend of California-grown red grapes that created a phenomenon. Grapes for 2021 Apothic Red were de-stemmed, with a portion selected for whole-cluster fermentation. We fermented the wine for five to seven days in a combination of cone-sweep and upright tanks at a temperature averaging 85-88°F. Across all lots, we exercised meticulous temperature control to maximize the extraction of color and dark fruit notes.

Being stranded in a desert leaves a lot to be desired—how to get back home, where to find food, water and shelter, and thoughts of survival. For eight years in the early 2010s, Orin Swift Cellars was barred from making any Zinfandel wines. From the grape that started everything OSC, the ‘desert’ gave us an opportunity to explore the diverse range of California’s grape varietals. But, as soon as those eight years were up, we had a plan in place to pay homage to our home.

2021 DESCRIPTION
Evolving aromatics present themselves first with black and white pepper, then a ripe fruit core of brambly raspberry and sweet persimmon, finishing with savory notes of allspice, clove and fig leaf. Boisterous yet elegant on entry, the wine shows its plush layers with distinctive strawberry preserves, blackberry and raspberry pie topped with fresh crème. Round, ripe tannins close the palate menacingly with well-integrated acidity and enduring energy.

A gothic mauve with a vivid neon rim, the wine appears almost black in the glass. Notes of wet stone, black plum and crushed gravel reverberate from within. Bold upfront, the palate is all-enveloping with mixed berry crepe, black licorice and a touch of char. Layered and omnipotent in weight, the wine finishes with ripe Petite Sirah tannins, providing a pleasant closing texture.

Adds a touch of elegance to rum’s most famous flavor. Aromas of freshly-cracked coconut ride the waves of mango and pineapple. Born to elevate any Pina Colada to pure tropical luxury.
