Weller
William Larue Weller, born in 1825, spent most of his life educating the public on his first-of-its-kind bourbon recipe using wheat in the mash bill. Weller’s gentle, mild and smooth sipping experience changed whiskey as we know it. Handpicked and bottled one exceptional barrel at a time, this special release is bourbon to be savored. Delivering nuanced variations from the ageing process. For the refined bourbon palate, no two barrels are quite the same. Expect distinct, full-bodied flavor in the celebrated tradition of Weller’s wheated bourbon.
TASTING NOTES
Weller Single Barrel has a nose of cherry and mint, fading to vanilla. Caramel and baking spices with hints of cocoa explode on the palate, with a finish of cinnamon, coffee, and a hint of pepper.
Ragtime Rye
This is a limited edition release of the popular Brooklyn-based distillery's signature rye whisky. This particular release was hand-selected by restaurateur and hospitality expert Will Guidara, who personally signed each bottle. It is a highly coveted whisky among collectors and enthusiasts alike, thanks to its unique flavor profile and exclusive nature.
Ragtime Rye Single Barrel is made using a mash bill of 75% rye, 13% corn, and 12% malted barley. The rye is sourced from a single farm in upstate New York, and the whisky is distilled and aged in charred oak barrels in the heart of Brooklyn. This gives it a distinctive flavor profile that is both bold and complex, with notes of spice, oak, and vanilla.
The single barrel release of Ragtime Rye takes this flavor profile to the next level, offering a more concentrated and nuanced expression of the whisky. Each barrel is aged for a minimum of two years, allowing the flavors to develop and mature over time. The result is a whisky that is rich and complex, with a deep amber color and a smooth, velvety texture.
Will Guidara's hand-selection of this particular barrel adds an extra layer of exclusivity to this already sought-after whisky. Guidara is a renowned restaurateur and hospitality expert, having founded the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park restaurant in New York City, which has won numerous awards and accolades. His signature on each bottle adds a personal touch and a sense of prestige to the whisky.

Viginia Highland
Virginia Distillery Co.
The VHW Brewers Batch Whisky is offered under our VHW series. Each batch features finishing casks sourced from local breweries, such as Three Notch’d Brewing, a central Virginia favorite.
A true collaboration, each partner brewery uses casks from us to age their beer in, and then we take the casks back for use in finishing for an additional 8 to 16 months. Three Notch’d Brewing created a Wee Heavy style beer especially for this collaboration called “Stage Road”. In this case, the brewery used Virginia Distillery Company’s whisky casks to age the beer for a number of months and Virginia Distillery Company took the barrels back for finishing.
The VHW Brewers Batch Whisky is made from 100% malted barley and showcases the traditions of whisky-making around the world and the influence of our home in the New World. Virginia Distillery Co. marries American Single Malt whisky made on-site in Virginia with aged Scotch malt whisky. A focus on cask finishing adds depth and complexity.
NOSE: Rich malty caramel notes accentuate the vanilla notes found in the originating whisky cask

Maker Notes
The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren’t we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varying temperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor, all coming together in a hyper small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time.
Aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, Lucky Thirteen is always a way to share good fortune.
TASTING Notes
Aroma: Vanilla Bean, Earl Grey Tea, Caramel & Sweet Tobacco
Taste: Pecan Pie, Whole Grain Toast, Grapefruit Peel
Finish: Nutmeg, Birch Beer, Dry Oak Tannin
AnCnoc
anCnoc is a rather curious whisky. You see, this fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. It's just that we use them to make a refreshingly modern whisky (something that's reflected in our contemporary bottle design and packaging today).
The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that doesn't compromise on quality.
Royal Brackla
A premium Scotch whisky that is known for its rich and complex flavor profile. The whisky is produced at the Royal Brackla Distillery, which is located in the Scottish Highlands and has a long and storied history dating back to the early 19th century.
The whisky is made using 100% malted barley and is aged for a minimum of 16 years in a combination of first-fill and refill sherry casks. This aging process gives the whisky a rich and deep flavor profile, with notes of dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of spice.
On the nose, Royal Brackla 16 Year Single Malt is complex and inviting, with aromas of honey, toffee, and dried apricots. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of dark chocolate, toasted oak, and a subtle hint of smoke. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering sweetness that is characteristic of high-quality single malt Scotch whiskies.
One of the standout features of Royal Brackla 16 Year Single Malt is the quality of the sherry casks used in the aging process. VINTAGE 2017
The winter of 2017 ended a five-year drought with January recording the most rainfall in over 20 years. The abundant rainfall continued into March, causing a modest delay in budbreak, and pushing bloom back by two weeks. Increased soil moisture allowed for healthy vine growth and development. The summer, in turn, was warm and punctuated by occasional heat waves. Despite Mother Nature’s variability, favorable weather in August provided optimal conditions for fruit development and maturation. Superb flavors and excellent ripening led to an earlier than expected harvest, which commenced on the 5th of September. The Opus One 2017 offers a harmonious aromatic balance of rich dark fruit, stems of roses, and earthy forest floor. The juicy entry offers a round, silky mouthfeel with just enough acidity to complement the satin texture. This seductive wine shows flavors of black cassis, black cherry and a hint of cocoa powder. The fine-grained, plush tannins evolve into a long, supple finish. A supremely age-worthy wine, it will delight now and for many years to come.

Stratheden
Alexander Bonthrone (1798-1890) established the distillery in 1829, when he was 31 years old and worked the stills for the next six decades, almost until his death in 1890 – making him one of Scotland’s oldest distillers. He held several civic titles: a Baillie to burgh magistrate, Justice of the Peace and Municipal Councillor. A committed Liberal, he advised Herbert Asquith, the local MP on whisky matters. Asquith later became Prime Minister 1908 – 1916 and stood against Lloyd George’s proposal of Prohibition in Britain.
Alexander’s younger brother, John Bonthrone (1799-1881), was described as “pioneer of the malt trade” one of Scotland’s first commercial maltsters. He was instrumental in the construction of Fife & Kinross Railway, with the station opening at Auchtermuchty in 1857.
