After many years in the making, the inaugural release of Courage & Conviction is now available.  Inspired by the guiding principle of our founder Dr. George G. Moore, to “have the courage of your convictions,” our flagship American Single Malt whisky is a combination of our passion for our home in Virginia and our dream to redefine American whisky. Aged a minimum of three years, this 100% malted barley whisky is matured in former Sherry, Bourbon and Cuvée wine casks. With notes of caramel and butterscotch, Courage & Conviction, our flagship American Single Malt, evolves on the palate with hints of bright red fruit, raspberry, cocoa, barrel spice and vanilla. The finish is creamy and exceptionally smooth.

Gooderham and Worts Four Grain Whisky is a blended whisky, based on the historical style of the original. The four grain expression contains corn, barley, rye and wheat, all distilled separately in a combination of pot and column stills. The components are then aged in both virgin oak and ex-bourbon barrels before blending. The final blend is bottled at 44.4%, a higher proof than is typical of Canadian whisky, to emphasize the woodier characteristics.

Where velvety smooth flavors blossom on the tongue. Johnnie Walker Blue Label comes from hand-selecting rare Scotch Whiskies with a remarkable depth of flavor. Only one in 10,000 casks make the cut. Best served neat, along with an ice-cold water to enhance its powerful character.

One Hundred and Twenty Three years later, this designation continues to offer those same guarantees, providing consumers with the knowledge of where, how, and when the Bourbon was harvested, crafted and aged

Our Laws San Luis Valley Straight Rye is born at 7,400 feet above sea level in Colorado’s pristine San Luis Valley on the Cody Family farm which has been cultivating this low yield, semi-wild rye grain since the 1930's. Using our traditional, labor intensive distilling technique we bring this grain's unique, individual character to life while our open-air, on-grain sour mash process adds the soulful complexity found within all our whiskey. Aged for a minimum of three years in our rarified thin air, this rye is luxurious in texture and generous in perfume.

Saint Liberty Whiskey celebrates and honors the untold stories of pioneering, Prohibition-era bootleggers and pairs them with great craft whiskies from all over the country. Our first bootlegger is Bertie Brown who was a woman of great courage and determination. She arrived in what was then the Montana Territory in 1898 from Missouri, a young, single, African American woman determined to make it on her own. We honor Bertie with a distinctive and wonderful 4yr Texas bourbon out of Central Texas and then we perfect it in Montana by proofing it with the same pure Rocky Mountain Water Bertie would have used 100 years ago.

Saint Liberty Whiskey continues its celebration and honoring the untold stories of pioneering, Prohibition-era bootleggers, with our second bootlegger in the series, Josephine Doody. Josephine is still to this day known as the Bootleg lady of Glacier Park in Montana. We honor her with an exclusive lot of Straight Rye out of Tennessee, which is then perfected with the same pure Rocky Mountain water that she would have used 100 years ago.

Texas- Four Grain Bourbon from Texas, finished in Colorado with pure Rocky Mountain water. The nose is inviting with notes of caramelized vanilla, dried apricots, and allspice. The palate is warm with cinnamon, brown sugar, black tea & butterscotch for a delightful creamy-smooth finish.

The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve is an indulgent, smooth single malt that displays a multitude of exotic flavours. The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then apportioned between American white oak casks and aged Tawny Port pipes from W & J Graham’s vineyard in Portugal. The two parts are then brought back together to harmonise the flavours before bottling.

The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange color. Its softer flavor notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails.

Our own Rosso Vermouth is made from California wine grapes and natural flavors. Martha Outlaw created her unique liqueur specifically for craft cocktails destined for aging in barrels. Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by an old family recipe over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.
