Dorda Double Chocolate

Dorda Double Chocolate Liqueur is a decadent blend of rich, bittersweet chocolate and Chopin Rye Vodka. Named after our family patriarch, Tad Dorda, each bottle is crafted at our family-owned distillery in the village of Krzesk, Poland.

Ingredients
2 parts Dorda Liqueur | 1 part Chopin Rye Vodka | Shaved chocolate for garnish

* Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker flled with ice and shake vigorously.
* Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice, over fresh ice.

*For variations on this cocktail, try substituting Chopin Rye Vodka with Cointreau, Amaretto, Clase Azul Tequila, coconut rum or whiskey.

Dorda Sea Salt

Dorda Sea Salt Caramel Liqueur is made with the Dorda family’s Chopin Rye Vodka, caramel made from scratch at the family distillery and a perfectly balanced touch of Maldon Sea salt.

Try this recipe:

Ingredients
1 part Dorda Sea Salt Caramel Liqueur
4 parts vanilla or chocolate ice cream
2 parts milk

Instructions
Blend ingredients together.

Top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and garnish.

Tequila Mandala was founded on November 16, 2016 by Jose Joel Garcia Barreto, Arturo Lomeli Ibarra and Humberto Ibarra. The founders had the specific idea of bringing a unique, premium sipping tequila to the U.S. spirit market. Abasolo El Whisky De Mexico is crafted and distilled from 100% Mexican Cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) corn, which has been cultivated and passed down for more than 200 generations by local farmers for its distinct, extraordinary flavor. 

OUR STORY
Our story began in 1942, when a young Don Julio González saw a unique opportunity in the production of tequila. He didn’t have much, but what he did have was passion, and after sharing his vision with a powerful local businessman he was granted a loan to create his first tequila distillery. It was this unrelenting passion for excellence that inspired his creation of the world’s first luxury tequila.

DON JULIO’S MISSION
Don Julio González revolutionized the world of tequila by choosing quality over quantity, painstakingly planting each agave further apart to allow proper room to grow and fully mature before harvesting. He would then select only the most succulent portions of the piña, before steaming them for 72-hour cycles. When it came time to bottle his creation, he broke with generations of traditionally tall Tequila bottles typically hidden under tables. He knew his new spirit had no business hiding on the floor, so he designed a shorter tequila bottle for his guests to pass around the table while still being able to see each other.

Celebrated in exclusive cocktail bars, restaurants and nightclubs, the iconic Don Julio 1942® Tequila is the choice of connoisseurs around the globe. Produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years, Don Julio 1942® Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio González began his tequila-making journey.

Alexander Murray & Co presents a fine expression of single malt from the Speyside region in Scotland. In the interest of our respect for, and friendship with, the distillers who produced this whisky, we agree not to list distillery of origin; a single malt of exceptional quality from one of the distilleries in the Speyside region of Scotland. Aware as we are that region is not entirely indicative of style of flavor, we include the distillery’s spirit profile and characteristics below. Committed to quality and trust, our word is our bond.

We distill 50 Fathoms Gin in the painstaking, Old World, London Dry style and give it a Southeast Alaska twist with hand-harvested local spruce tips, whole juniper berries, cinnamon, and coriander. (That unique citrus finish comes from tangerines grown in our family grove in California; if Alaska was warm enough, we’d grow them here.) The result of this delicious mash-up is a bold yet balanced gin you can enjoy in a spruce tip old fashioned, or with top-shelf tonic.

The bold notes in Dos Hombres Tobala’s taste come from the Copal trees in the region which impregnate and perfume the soil where Tobala agaves are grown. Copal is a sacred tree which resin is used by people of the village to purify and bless the environment.

Blanco Tequila 100% Agave

Aramis Vineyards' Single Vineyard Shiraz captures the essence of the McLaren Vale terroir with finesse. This distinguished wine boasts deep crimson hues and a bouquet redolent of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it unfolds layers of dark fruit flavors intertwined with subtle oak nuances, culminating in a velvety finish. Crafted with precision and passion, Aramis Vineyards' Shiraz epitomizes the epitome of McLaren Vale's winemaking excellence.

Blueberry and brambly fruit on the nose, with dried mint and aromatic woody herbs, earthy notes and background cedary oak. The Varietal palate shows dark berry fruits along with woody herbs and some mint. Beautiful purple and red hues representative of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon wine with fine tannin structure and lingering flavours.

TASTING NOTES

This Cabernet from our McLaren Vale family vineyard is one for the purists – elegant, structured and displaying great finesse. Concentrated dark berry fruit and liquorice are beautifully balanced with firm tannins and subtle smoky notes, leading to a smooth, savoury finish. 

This Classic Collection Shiraz, sourced from our family vineyard, is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, with underlying earthy notes and savoury toasted spice characters, chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and fine, structural tannins.

Tasting Note
This White Label Shiraz from our family vineyard is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, and more earthy, savoury toasted spice characters along with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and a fine and soft lingering tannin structure.

Celebrating 150 years of passion for cra­fting quality whisky, CASCADE MOON EDITION NO. 2 continues to set the tone for the future of the whisky category while looking toward the next 150 years. Further tying back to George Dickel’s history, the liquid for this second release was taken from a small batch blend curated around the first barrel of TN Whisky  filled a­fter the distillery returned from shutdown in 2003. This small batch blend used less than 20 barrels, holding some of our best whiskies aged at least 17 years that are befitting a celebration of a 150 year heritage.
