This golden brown liqueur is deeply rooted in the Italian tradition and presents a beautiful array of toasted almond notes. Nutty and aromatic, Bols Amaretto liqueur will add layers of caramelly warmth to both simple mixers and crafted cocktails.

As great whiskey makers throughout the world from Kentucky to Scotland have long known, it takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey. And, that's what Widow Jane is all about. Our whiskeys are proofed with pure limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, just 100 miles north of our home in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

The Vaults is a limited release of our rarest & oldest bourbons. The whiskey was finished in casks from the Adirondacks in New York, where we found forty two months air seasoned white oak, fire bent and thoughtfully toasted, charred and raised into barrels, resulting in truly New York finish.

Mezcal Don Ramón Joven is a transcendent expression of this category of hand-made spirits. Made from 100% Salmiana Agave from Zacatecas, Mexico that has been matured for 8-10 years, this clear spirit embodies the earthen smokiness of mezcal. A sip delights the palette with an awakening, yet balanced aroma of herbs, florals, and fresh citrus layered with a subtle fruity finish brought forth by the agave. For each Salmiana Agave harvested, Casa Don Ramón plants two more of the species in its place.

BIRD CREEK WHISKEY

Our story began with a thirst for adventure. We needed to capture the thrill of being out in our incredible environment and cross it with the integrity of our carefully selected ingredients. We wanted to explore what the great Northwest could offer in terms of flavor since it had so much to offer in terms of fun.

Today, we have five barleys from across the upper left, that range from rare to heritage, that include a plethora of beautiful tasting notes. The landscapes where these barleys grow are second to none. Take a trip out to the rolling vistas in the Palouse hills to visit Baronesse or head down to the sprawling valley floors on the west side of the Wallowas to see the waving fields of Francin.

Wherever our whiskey tasting takes you, it's sure to be an adventure.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. A blend of the best free run juices and press juices, fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control.

AROMA: A beautifully pale pink, which is pleasing to the eye and draws one in.

PALATE: Whispering Angel rosé has a Fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy feel on the palate.

FINISH: This popular rosé wine has great concentration, a smooth and round finish and no astringent aftertaste.

Booker Noe's vision to recreate the full flavor of pre-prohibition bourbon has been further elevated with this extra-long aged Knob Creek 12 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey. These barrels were primarily located in the center of the Knob Creek rackhouses, ensuring the most consistent environment for the bourbon to patiently mellow in white American oak casks over 12 long years. This process allows the bourbon to undergo numerous additional changes that younger whiskies never experience. All the flavors of oak, caramel and vanilla present within those barrels are concentrated year after year, curbing away any and all harshness of flavor while still maintaining the unmistaken able full-flavor of Knob Creek.

Following the end of the American Revolutionary War, Johannes Reginald Beam emigrated from Germany to the United States and eventually settled in Kentucky County. At the time, Kentucky County was still considered part of Virginia and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. After settling in Kentucky, Beam began harvesting corn and set forth a family tradition by distilling the excess grains he harvested into whiskey. Since then, seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the eponymous company (the company is actually named after James Beam, who rescued it following Prohibition). Knob Creek Bourbon was created by Beam's grandson, Booker Noe, who after joining the family business in 1950 was promoted to Master Distiller just ten years later. Booker talked like a true Kentuckian and was known for his contagious personality, and through his launch of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection the collection includes Knob Creek as well as Basil Hayden's, Booker's and Baker's bourbons he is often credited as the father of the small batch bourbon movement. Knob Creek Bourbon takes its name from the small water source, Knob Creek, that ran through President Abraham Lincoln's childhood farm. Booker's vision for Knob Creek Bourbon was that of an honest, quality bourbon that could meet the standards strength, flavor, care, and patience of bourbon made before prohibition distressed the industry just decades earlier. Like Abraham Lincoln himself, Booker designed Knob Creek Bourbon, to be honest, unwavering and full of character. Knob Creek offers a solid core lineup of whiskeys and bourbons, all of which have made the brand one of the most popular labels on the market today. Rye Whiskey has made a huge comeback in the industry in recent years, and Knob Creek's Knob Creek Twice Barreled Rye starts out as Knob Creek's Best-in-Class Rye Whiskey before being transferred to a new, level 4 charred oak barrel for additional aging. This transforms the into a powerful spirit with enhanced oaky aromas. The whiskey's re-exposure to the flavorful, smoky fresh barrel char results in the pinnacle of harmony between spicy rye and oak from the secondary barrel-finish.

The violet (Viola odorata) is a species of flowering plant with purple or white flowers, native to Europe, Asia and North Africa, which belongs to the Violaceae family. It is known for its medicinal properties and many benefits, including expectorant and anti-inflammatory. In the language of flowers, the violet symbolizes shy and secret love. The violet is often used in confectionery, and sometimes in pastry, for syrups, liqueurs and in perfumery. Created in the 19th century, crème de violette peaked at the end of the century. Today, popular cocktails made with crème de violette include Aviation and Blue Moon.

Dos Artes Tequila is made from estate-grown 100% blue agave, presented in One Liter (1L) hand-painted ceramic bottles, each bottle is unique and has a story of its own. This tequila is distributed in limited amounts.

Tromba Australia where it all started...

La Tromba is Spanish slang for a sudden and intense rain storm. But it’s much more than that. It means something big is happening – change is brewing and nothing will ever be the same again. 

So when three friends, Eric Brass, Nick Reid and James Sherry, met in Guadalajara back in 2005, it was between sips of tequila that they made a pact to no longer live conventional lives or work typical jobs. For them, everything would change as they vowed to make extraordinary tequila their passion to pursue. They found partners in maverick master distiller, Marco Cedano, and his son, Rodrigo. These were men skilled in the art of turning blue agave into bottled brilliance.

Despite having little money and many naysayers, the partners traveled bar to bar to build the groundswell for their tequila – one made in the rugged Jalisco highlands where the finest tequilas in the world hail from. This is where we work to define a powerful force in new world tequila – Tequila Tromba. Every bottle contains the perfect storm of youthful boldness and weathered wisdom; embodying the adventurous spirit of those who make it for those who wish to take life by storm.

A deep gold color, Tromba Añejo is aged in white oak barrels for 20-24 months and exudes agave flavours rich in complexity. Gentle hints of oak and caramelized agave sweetness paired with rich chocolate, nuts and ripe dried fruit. Expect a sophisticated, honeyed finish.

Koval Distillery's organic, single barrel bourbon has the requisite mash bill of at least 51% corn, but instead of the usual rye or wheat supplement, they have included one of the main cereals of Asia and Africa. Millet is a gluten-free ancient sustenance grain, and like corn, has a history of working in the spirits industry, albeit in Nepal, where it has long been celebrated as a libation of choice.

Tucked away in a charred new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn learn to complement each other, neither taking the lead. Out of the bottle, this duet opens with notes of mango chutney, while the millet renders a soft whisper of vanilla throughout. Then harmonizing, the grains sing with the sweetness of apricot custard. This pair finishes with peppery caramel, a diminuendo into a wisp of clove-spiked tobacco lingering on the tongue.

We were created by Bryce and Jill Morrison, a southern Indiana couple in search of the perfect poolside drink that wasn’t loaded with sugar and could keep them feeling refreshed on a hot summer day. Jill was never a big seltzer fan or the bloating and headaches that followed after having a few, so she set out to create a light, non-carbonated alcoholic beverage.

After becoming a self-declared mixologist, Jill created a drink that was the perfect, all natural, sugar-free mix of tasty and boozy, and it didn’t take long for it to become a staple among her (and Bryce's!) friends. However, one of their kids accidentally grabbed one of Jill’s specially concocted water bottles from the cooler, so Bryce suggested she properly label them and Jill began to scribble "Mom" on the side. Thus, Mom Water was born.

As a New York State farm distiller, we use only the finest corn, wheat, rye and malted barley —each sourced just a short drive from our distillery. We don’t just call ourselves a farm distillery, we get our hands dirty to earn that name. 

In 2018 Black Button purchased a farm, not only to start producing juniper and other botanicals for our gin, but to grow the oak to make our own barrels. To accomplish this, we will be using the beautiful white oaks already on the property, as well as planting new saplings. From wood, to grain, to your glass, this bourbon is Black Button. Our mash bill takes its time aging, waiting patiently for our distillers to taste the unique Black Button character in every sip. The Black Button Team suggests enjoying it neat, but add a little New York State pride to your classic Old Fashioned and you won’t be disappointed.
