Our whiskeys are proofed with pure limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, just 100 miles north of our home in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

The Vaults is a limited release of our rarest & oldest bourbons. The whiskey was finished in casks from the Adirondacks in New York, where we found forty two months air seasoned white oak, fire bent and thoughtfully toasted, charred and raised into barrels, resulting in truly New York finish.

Founded by Don Francisco Javier Sauza, the third generation of the pioneering Sauza family, it honors Casa Sauza, the founding family of tequila. Made in Jalisco the very heart of tequila, Tres Generaciones uses 100% blue agave and is triple distilled that's one time for each generation.

Our bright gold tequila Reposado is made from 100% blue agave. Triple-distilled, then rested in American oak barrels for at least four months to give a smooth, sweet and spicy finish.

Southern Alps of New Zealand

New Zealand water is unique because our geography is unique.

The rain that hits New Zealand is the same as the rain that hit New Zealand a thousand years ago. None of it comes through clouds passing over land masses belching out car fumes and agricultural enhancers. The first thing it hits is a huge, jagged mountain range that runs the length of the South Island. This mountain range then holds this water for 80 years. That’s how long it takes to travel through the layers of sediment until it’s finally released in to the depths of one of the world’s last natural aquifers. Think about that. The water in this gin has actually been filtering through rock since before your grandfather was the age you are now.

The bottle is deliberate. It’s a modern take on the original Genever bottles from 200 years ago.

1000 Stories Zinfandel is released in batches to reflect a unique mix of grape varieties, vineyards, and bourbon barrels. No two batches are the same. The layered flavors of Zinfandel coupled with our bold barrel ageing method result in notes of cranberries, prunes, Marcona almonds, toffee, oregano and thyme.

Lodi’s historic old-vine Zinfandel sites contribute the largest portion of this blend, along with fruit from Mendocino County and San Luis Obispo. Warm afternoons in Lodi enhance the berry flavors while fruit from the cooler coastal regions bring softer characteristics and balance.

In the bold tradition of 1000 Stories, Batch 91 was aged in French and American oak barrels, then finished in aged bourbon barrels. Our Zinfandel Batch 88 is light to medium bodied with a soft tannin structure and lengthy finish.

The layered flavors of Zinfandel coupled with our bold barrel ageing method result in notes of cranberries, dark cherries, currants, cinnamon, vanilla beans, toffee and dried herbs.

A celebratory release from Speyburn to commemorate the 18th anniversary of Bobby Anderson’s position as distillery manager. This single malt, aged for 18 years in American and Spanish oak casks, has aromas of toffee and sugared almonds, as well as tropical fruits on the nose. The palate holds flavours of rich dark chocolate, toffee and a touch of citrus, with plenty of smoke throughout. The finish is long and smoky, with a sweeter honeyed edge.

APPEARANCE: Gold, crystal clear with brilliant sparkles.

AROMA: Notes of buttery praline, smoky cedar, and grilled coconut with a lightly creamy, singed herb, white pepper, and oak spice accented finish.

Lejana Y Sola is an ensemble of Espadin and the rare, wild Cuishe Agave that grows in the mountainside hills of Oaxaca. Striking a beautiful balance of light smoke and sweet agave fruit, this mezcal is at once earthy, spicy, and subtly musky with a lingering finish.

So drinkable, it made it onto Vinepair’s “Top 50 Spirits of 2021” list and Drinkhacker’s “Top 10 Tequilas & Mezcals of 2021” list. 

Lejana Y Sola is distilled in a small family-owned palenque using the ancient artisanal method with no electricity. The Espadin and Cuishe agaves are roasted over oak in a stone-lined fire pit, crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in wooden tanks, and double distilled in a copper alambique – a truly medieval technology that results in a mysteriously beautiful liquid that is a pleasure to sip and savor.

Introducing Talisker Special Release 2023 Single Malt Scotch Whisky bottled at natural cask strength - A surge of warmth rises through the current, radiating a sweet, charred undertone. The crash of sea-salt spray against the ship’s bow relights the fire of exploration in determined sailors. Against an unforgiving sea the caravel, an iconic Portuguese sea vessel, forges on, braving harsh elements to reach the farthest corners of the earth. Our Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these great seafarer’s ships, by finishing this supreme maritime whisky in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny port casks. Reigniting our own passion for exploration, this unusual combination of casks brings uncanny balance to a tumultuous Talisker. In 2018, Etéreo Founder, Jimmy Ling, had an out-of-this-world experience while at an exclusive nightclub in London. The evening started with a round of tequila shots and “saluds” shared among new friends from all across the globe. The prolific evening propelled the new friends to spontaneously book flights to Ibiza together, where more one-of-a-kind memories were shared. Ling quickly decided he wanted to bottle this feeling and share it with the masses – and thus, Etéreo was born.
