For nearly 220 years, the Tuthilltown Gristmill located off Albany Post Road in Gardiner, New York used waterpower to mill local grains into flour. In 2001. Ralph Erenzo acquired the property and together with a partner, converted one of the mill's granaries into a distillery. At the time, Erenzo had little experience distilling spirits. After purchasing a furnace from eBay and a German copper-pot still that arrived without instructions, Erenzo attempted to distill a batch of vodka using apple scraps from a nearby apple-slicing plant in the Hudson Valley. Soon thereafter, Tuthilltown Spirits began experimenting with whiskey. "Our first aged spirit was an experiment that turned out quite well indeed," says Erenzo. "And since we are a small batch shop, we can change direction overnight. We also realized early that whiskey was coming back, in particular the interest in straightforward aged spirits; people are just tired of the same old thing. And we copied no one." Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey is the first rye whiskey to be distilled in New York since Prohibition. It is made exclusively from rye grains that are harvested by farmers situated less than ten miles from the distillery. After the grains arrive, they are milled and mashed at the distillery before being fermented for nearly a week. Following fermentation, the rye is distilled twice through Tuthilltown Spirits' 800-liter, hand-assembled German copper-pot still. After distillation, the whiskey is poured into 3-gallon and 14-gallon charred American oak casks. The casks are then laid to rest within a warehouse that is lined with heaters that power the distillery's stills. As a result, when the stills are running during the day, the warehouse becomes incredibly hot, causing the oak casks to expand and interact with the whiskey. In addition, each night, when the stills are dormant and the temperature cooler, speakers, which have been placed throughout the warehouse, play loud rap music with deep bass. The deep bass agitates the whiskies, and causes the barrels themselves to experience micro-expansions and contractions. This sonic aging process unique in the industry adds to the interaction between the oak and the whiskey. After a slumber of up to two years, each batch of Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey is brought to proof, before each bottle is filled, sealed and numbered by hand. Hudson Manhattan Rye earned the Silver Medal at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and earned a score of 90-95 points from Wine Enthusiast. "We're not making whiskey the 'traditional' way, as defined for 80 years by the big whiskey producers," says Erenzo. "We are making it the way their grandfathers made it. We do all the work, hands-on, from scratch. All of our product are handmade." 

Using local and naturally sourced water, our 5 tank and twice distilled process yields a bright and rounded sipping tequila at every third. Natural sweet agave and vanilla shine through on both the nose and palate. 40% ABV.

Casa Del Sol is a luxury sipping Tequila, inspired by the magic of golden hour and the legend of the Aztec goddess of agave, Mayahuel.

Tequila is a romantic, ritual spirit steeped in tradition and mysticism. Legend has it that in order to protect herself and her lover, the God of Wind, from her spiteful grandmother, Mayahuel created an agave with long green spires that could defend them. Enraged by their defiance, her grandmother wielded a bolt of lightning and burnt the agave to the ground. What was left amongst the ashes was a single green spire, at the base of which was a piña filled with the sweet nectar of agave, completing Mayahuel's transformation into the Goddess of Tequila.

The grapes used in Secret Indulgence Chronology California 2018 Red Blend are carefully selected and blended to create a wine that is rich and full-bodied, with layers of complex flavors. The blend includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Malbec, all of which are grown in different regions of California. Each grape brings its own unique character to the wine, resulting in a blend that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Ole Smoky has been making moonshine in the Smoky Mountains ever since our great, great mawmaws and pawpaws stepped foot in them over a hundred years ago—but it wasn’t until Tennessee state law changed that we were able to legally open up our first federally licensed distillery in Gatlinburg. Litchfield Distillery was founded in 2014 by brothers David, Jack, and Peter Baker the self-titled "Batchers". They come from a family that has been in the water-bottling business for 3 generations and are the ones behind Crystal Rock bottled water. Based in Connecticut, they had all the experience needed to run a family business, as well as a keen taste for spirits. Seeing the blossoming craft breweries, they decided to jump head-first into distilling. Litchfield Distillery crafts small-batch spirits of exceptional quality using local ingredients. They take pride in their hard-work mentality, unwillingness to compromise, adopting sustainable practices, and taking care of the local community. The boutique distillery has a range of award-winning craft spirits in its lineup that is overseen by their head distiller James McCoy. The range includes Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Double Barrelled 10YO Bourbon Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, as well as several flavored offerings: Vanilla Bourbon, Maple Bourbon, Cinnamon Bourbon, Apple Vodka, Blueberry Vodka, Peach Vodka, and others. More recently they entered the ready-to-drink canned cocktail market with Spiked Lemonade, The Litchfielder, and Batcherita, all using their in-house spirits and natural flavors. Their Batchers' Coffee Bourbon is crafted with arabica beans that are roasted and ground to cold brew specifications by Baronet Coffee from Windsor. The ground beans are then steeped in cold distilled water for 24 hours in the same way cold brew coffee is made, before being infused into their in-house bourbon during the proofing. Simply put, the bourbon is cut down to 86 proof using cold brew coffee instead of water. The bitterness is toned down and the result is a smooth and complex flavored whiskey with a distinct earthiness.

Our Rye Whiskey is a true small-batch whiskey twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from a rye malt mash composed of 78% rye and 22% aromatic malted barley. Each batch is aged for a minimum of 18 months in heavy charred, new American White Oak barrels.

This energetic spirit has a complex flavor paired with remarkable smoothness and character. It boasts flavors of honey and oak and imparts hints of vanilla, spice of rye, and a nice subtle caramel note on the palate.
