Chulavista Tequila represents the vibrant colors and joy of our Mexican markets. Story tells when Don Jose was just a child, he visited Chulavista market with his grandmother and he wanted to buy everything but his grandma told him,"I'll buy you something that one day allows you to have everything you want, but with your own effort", and she gave him his first traditional piggy bank saying: "put every coin that comes into your hands here"; and from that moment, Don José began to save coin after coin. Nowadays, he has his own company, and he produces his very own tequila and continues buying his little piggy bank to keep on with this beautiful tradition, which has lived through generation to generation and is represented in each bottle.

Ginger was once one of the most popular spices in the world, prized for its medicinal and culinary uses. Each batch of our organic Ginger Liqueur requires 60 pounds of fresh ginger to be peeled by hand. Its versatile satiny and spicy flavor mixes well with gin, vodka, whiskey, or tequila. Azulejos Classic Collection, with its hand-blown glass bottles have been part of Azulejos since the beginning. Cobalt-Blue hand-blown glass is one of the most difficult, intricate, and beautiful of glass colors to achieve. The minor bubbles and imperfections in the glass give it character and show its authenticity. This glass is made from recycled glass therefore environmentally sustainable.

The label is made of ceramic and is an Azulejo tile. This beautiful combination of glass and ceramic make the bottles completely unique and disruptive in the business. REPOSADO
An authentic 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila made in the Traditional Method. Produced with fully mature 7-10 year agave from 50% Highlands and 50% Lowlands of Jalisco, slow-roasted in brick ovens, slow-fermented, never diffused, roller press extraction, double distilled, Bourbon Barrel Aged 6 months, and additive free.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Initial nosing passes are orange blossom, with some basil evolving to hazelnut & nutmeg.

Palate: Palate entry is properly tart, acidic and lean; mid-palate features a strong firmly structured texture and flavor of honey oak, and vanilla bean yet with herbal agave notes still present.

Finish: Finishes long, with both some toffee and vegetal notes. A reposado whose naturally sweet disposition is its finest asset.

Bright tart flavor and a refreshing blue color make this a perfect shooter when you want to “Live life in color”!

This elegant 12 year old Highland Single Malt is finished in three different styles of aged Oloroso Sherry casks, balancing nutty flavours with the influence of sweet Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.

THE STORY
Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak  ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to our maturation journey as it develops our house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore – a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximenez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to our house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Caramelised orange, ginger, and sultanas, all laced with honey

PALATE: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds. with a dusting of cinnamon

Crafted with California botanicals including dragon fruit, prickly pear and pepper tree the award-winning Two Shores Gin had its inspiration in Scotland decades ago when a young girl watched her dad make gin in his greenhouse. The recipe was crafted with the help of a London distiller then small batch distilled in L.A., giving it a distinctively premium and smooth quality, perfect for sipping and cocktails.

Named for its "London Tradition and California Spirit," this satin-textured beauty had us wowed for its approachability. Made with California botanicals, including pepper tree, dragon fruit, and prickly pear, we found its aromas of vanilla, lavender, and fresh linen charming. A cloud of marshmallow and a zing of pepper mark the finish.  

Nose: Black cherry fruit leather, stewed strawberries, orange peel, molasses, cinnamon bark, sage

Taste: Cherry turnover, spiced apples, sun-dried raisins, candied orange rind, rosemary, savory spice

Unopened bottles have a 3 Year shelf life, once opened, refrigerate for up to 30 days.

Tequila Herradura Legend is a unique Añejo tequila. Made from the finest 100% blue agave, naturally fermented, distilled and then matured for 12 months in heavily charred, new American White Oak barrels. A highly anticipated release from the Massican Winery in Napa Valley, California. This wine is made from a blend of two Italian grape varietals - Ribolla Gialla and Tocai Friulano - both of which are known for producing crisp, aromatic white wines.

The grapes for Massican Gemina are carefully selected from vineyards throughout Napa Valley and are harvested at their peak ripeness to ensure optimal flavor and aroma development. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fresh character.

On the nose, Massican Gemina 2022 exhibits floral aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine, with hints of lemon and lime zest. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus, and a subtle mineral finish.

This wine is best enjoyed young and chilled, making it the perfect accompaniment to a variety of summer dishes, such as fresh seafood, salads, and light pastas. It is also a great wine to serve as an aperitif or to enjoy on its own.

Chardonnay grapes were harvested in late September from two Dutton Russian River Valley Vineyards- Gerboth and Alpers. After hand-sorting, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed to avoid bitter tannins from the skins and grape seeds. The cool, golden-green, free-run juice from the Gerboth vineyard was sent directly to Amphora vessels for fermentation and then aged for 10 months. The Amphora gives the wine more mineral and fruit forward notes. The Alper vineyard was fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral oak barrels.

Ripe apple, white peach and an intriguing mineral, earthy note greet your senses as you smell the wine and lead to flavors of Gala apple, melon, mineral and earth. The wine is incredibly round, full and creamy like a delicious crème brûlée. Finishes with beautifully balanced acidity.

Our first bourbon whiskey release, this 85 proof whiskey is smooth as silk. Named for the Timber Rattle Snake, the oak shines right to the front of your palette, with an extremely smooth finish.
