This heady AOC Calvados is drawn from one, unique distillation batch from 1999 that was aged in small, oak casks that previously held sherry and port. 750 ML bottles. In individual gift boxes. 40% alc/vol.

This superb Calvados greets you with the aromas of crème brulée and roasted sugar.  Very buttery and round on the palate – somewhere between caramel and butterscotch.  A slight hint of horehound on the finish (licorice and root beer!).  The mouth is rich, well -structured and full-bodied.

The oldest Calvados deserve the greatest respect: Choose a liqueur glass such as a tulip glass or small brandy snifter and pour your Marquis de Saint-Loup Calvados with care.  Warm it tenderly in the hollow of your hand.  Run the amber liquid slowly round the glass (held by the base) and admire its color and the patterns it traces on the sides of the glass. Calvados needs to breathe to develop its full qualities.  Wait for at least two minutes before bringing the glass up to your nose, finding the distance at which you can distinguish and absorb the subtle aromas. Then, take a few drops in your mouth before swallowing.  Now you are ready to truly savor your Calvados, sip by sip.  Take your time, and you will note a surprising development in flavor and taste. If you do not indulge too freely, your Calvados will leave a delicate fragrance on your palate.

Lexington Bourbon is the product of Western Spirits Beverage Company. This whiskeyprides itself on adhering to Kentucky bourbon traditions. Unabashedly emphasizing sweet and vanilla notes this highly nuanced bourbon is named after a horse named Lexington, one of the top sires of the 19th century who sired the Duke of Magenta -- one of the most successful racehorses in the United States in the 19th century. Lexington is a relatively young spirits brand, being founded by Western Spirits in 2012. This 86 proof Lexington Bourbon combines the highest quality grains of rye, malted barley, and corn with purified water. Maker Notes

The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren’t we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varying temperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our rick house in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor, all coming together in a hyper small batches, little more than a handful of barrels at a time.

Aged for a minimum of thirteen years, non-chill filtered & proofed with our own limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, Lucky Thirteen is always a way to share good fortune.

The Christian Brothers Brandy with Natural Flavors is made from the finest grape varietals and incorporates the same time-honored copper pot still production method perfected over 75 years ago . This process, similar to that of fine Cognacs, creates a rich flavor and full body, enhanced by slow aging in hand-selected Bourbon barrels for a minimum of two years. During aging, the oak barrels imbue the Brandy with layers of well-balanced fruit flavors and a warm, lingering finish.

Finally, the Brandy is carefully blended to create a soft, subtle texture that is Endlessly Smooth and perfect to enjoy straight, on the rocks or in a variety of classic cocktails.

A careful selection of fine white wines are used to ensure the perfect balance for Noilly Prat Rouge. Half of the wines are aged in oak casks in the Chai St Louis for three months, to give them more structure. The remaining wines used are fresher and lighter, as they are rested at the same time in large vats. A very special process is used to extract the bitter sweet and spicy flavours of the aromatic herbs and spices. For one hour every day, over a three weeks period, fine white wine is circulated through the herbs and spices. This continuous process allows the wine over time to absorb the wonderful flavours and aromas of the herbs and spices.

An aromatic blend of 29 herbs and spices sourced from all over the world are used to gently infuse the wines and create the unique bouquet and wonderful taste of Noilly Prat Rouge.

Our fruit producers, located in the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne area, less than 20kms from Nuits-SaintGeorges, have been the same for many generations ensuring particular attention to the fruit. Delicate Lloyd George and Rose de Plombières raspberry varieties add vibrant flavor to this unique and beautiful spirit and wonderfully highlight the lush fruit of the region.

Stainless steel vats are filled 2/3 of the way full with fruit then topped off with alcohol and macerated for four to five weeks. After filtration, crystallized sugar is slowly mixed into this infusion which naturally lowers the alcohol content and further develops the flavors of the fruit.

To the eye: cherry-red

On the nose: lush and intense fruit immediately which dissipates into sweet floral aromatics

In the mouth: bright intense fruit and round full mouthfeel. Long pleasant finish that is dryer than expected.

Buffalo Trace Distillery began experimenting with recipes and barrel treatments more than two decades ago. Currently there are more than 30,000 experimental barrels of whiskey aging in its warehouses. Each of the barrels has unique characteristics and experimental changes in the mash bill, types of wood, barrel toasts and more. Periodically, an experimental whiskey is bottled and sold on a limited basis.

Espadín Agave

In the mountains near San Juan and San Luis del Rio near Oaxaca, we harvest Espadín agave at elevations up to 8,000 feet. We believe that elevation is key and have found the higher we go in the Sierra, the more elegant the resultant spirit. Sombra owns and operates its own Palenque (distillery), which provides consistent quality and eco-friendly production methods. Each step of production, from fermentation to distillation, has been reimagined to reduce its environmental impact.

Wine Barrel Aged

Barrels sourced from the historic and renowned Château Léoville Poyferré, a second growth wine estate in St Julien, France, are filled with Sombra's award-winning Joven mezcal and aged for up to six-months. The Limousin oak wine barrels soften the mezcal while enhancing its delicate botanical balance, bringing through a light Rosé color.

Distilling Wheatley Vodka
Wheatley craft vodka comes from the world’s most award-winning distillery, backed by 200 years of distilling experience. Buffalo Trace Distillery is known for its legendary bourbons like Pappy Van Winkle, Weller, E.H. Taylor, and Blanton’s, but the Distillery has a long history of crafting other spirits, including vodka.

VODKA DISTILLING AT BUFFALO TRACE
Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley has been a driving force behind the Distillery’s quest to create a premium craft vodka. Some years ago, he decided to embark on a project to craft the perfect vodka. Through the commitment and meticulous craftsmanship of a dedicated team, one of the Distillery’s first and finest vodkas, HDW CLIX, came to fruition. CLIX, or 159 in Roman numerals, represents the 159 separate distillations that were required to produce this ultra-fine spirit.

Following CLIX, Harlen set out to create the craft vodka that would bear his name. Made with the same red winter wheat and limestone water that the Distillery uses in its award-winning bourbons, Wheatley Vodka is crafted in small batches and distilled ten times over. The result, according to Harlen Wheatley himself, is “how vodka is supposed to taste.”
