William Grant & Sons in launched the Hendrick's Dry Gin in 1999 as an addition to the portfolio of spirits and brands produced at the Girvan Distillery in South Ayrshire, Scotland. Thus it is famously known as The Scottish Gin. The Hendrick's line was a nearly instantaneous success due to it's unique flavor profile. That profile is achieved principally through two factors the botanical mix and the distillation technique. In addition to the traditional infusions of juniper and citrus, Hendrick's signature botanicals include cucumber and Belgian rose. Distillation is completed in two parts. First the spirit is purified in an antique Carter-Head still which yields a very high initial proof. For the second distillation, the botanicals are added and allowed to steep for 24 hours. Then they are distilled in a small, Bennett pot still which maintains a high proof while allowing the heavier spirits and esters to pass through. This yields a heavier spirits with a desirable oily mouthfeel. This signature base Gin is their core offering and form the base for all of their other products. Their newest release, Hendricks Orbium Gin is a custom formulation by their master distiller Lesley Gracie. Produced in astonishingly small batches of 500 liters each, Orbium is a quininated Gin. This means that, in addition to special extracts of blue lotus blossom snd wormwood, quinine is one of the major infusions. And that makes sense when you remember that the most famous Gin cocktail in the world in the G&T Gin and Tonic. And tonic water is a cocktail mixer made with quinine. In this way it is akin to experiencing a G&T at full strength. The gentle flavors combine to make Hendricks Orbium Gin nearly a cocktail in itself. You can definitely take it as a sipping Gin. With a very full entry, this medium bodied wine has a round and supple mid-palate and lingering fruit notes on the finish.

The Camarena brothers used to run the Santa Maria ranch from sunset to sunset. The only thing that could stop them was their parents call to come home for dinner. Driven by the unbridled passion that lived in their hearts, one afternoon in the cold winters of 1976, they left the ranch without permission to ride their horses, taking them to the municipal lane of Arandas for a clandestine race of 100 rods, the young brothers looked at each other with the certainty that this day would remain engraved in their memories; with passion and enthusiasm, they set off on their horses in an unprecedented race, competing head to head….A few meters from the end of the race, the unexpected happens, they see that the chain of the finish line is set and they know perfectly well that their end is near… Suddenly, the imposing mare «Paloma» runs to line up next to the horse «Pinto», and with the sum of their strength they manage to break the chain, saving the lives of the Camarena brothers. That moment was the motivation to follow a dream, Tequila Carrera.

About the Brand

Hey there! We’re Mom Water, a fruit infused vodka water. That’s right, no bubbles — just pure still water (#drinkslikewater #notaseltzer). There’s also no sugar, no carbs, no artificial flavors or preservatives, and each drink is only 90 calories! We were created by Bryce and Jill Morrison, a southern Indiana couple in search of the perfect poolside drink that wasn’t loaded with sugar and could keep them feeling refreshed on a hot summer day. Jill was never a big seltzer fan or the bloating and headaches that followed after having a few, so she set out to create a light, non-carbonated alcoholic beverage.

After becoming a self-declared mixologist, Jill created a drink that was the perfect, all natural, sugar-free mix of tasty and boozy, and it didn’t take long for it to become a staple among her (and Bryce's!) friends. On the banks of the Salt River, nestled in the quiet Kentucky countryside near Lawrenceburg, Four Roses Distillery is a testament to American ingenuity and perseverance. Winemaker Notes
This alluring Cabernet Sauvignon draws you in with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, mocha, savory blueberry and sweet baking spices. On the palate, silky tannins and a supple, rounded texture frame the voluptuous dark berry flavors, with notions of barrel spice adding nuance and complexity to the long, lush finish.

Production
The growing season began with minimal winter rains and a mild spring. With drought conditions throughout California, we carefully tailored our vineyard practices to ensure balanced crop loads. With slightly elevated temperatures, budbreak at our North Coast vineyards was approximately two weeks ahead of the cooler Central Coast. As a result, our North Coast harvest concluded on October 15th, with our harvest on the Central Coast wrapping up on November 6th. In both regions, the berries and clusters were smaller than average, producing lower yields but deeply concentrated flavors, aromas and textures. Overall, the resulting wines are of exceptional quality, with lovely balance, excellent natural acidity and bright, juicy flavors.

For this expression of Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey, Santa Fe Spirits takes Colkegan from select aged barrels and transfers it to freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrels, where it continues to age for a minimum of one year. This mellows and sweetens the Colkegan, resulting in a whiskey Whisky Advocate described as having “soft and juicy aromas of ginger juice, apple tart, strawberry shortcake, and light, sweet smoke” with “a good deal of apple, poached pear, marmalade and light smoke” on the palate, and which they awarded 89 points.

Santa Fe Spirits bottles all of its Colkegan Apple Brandy Cask Finished from small batches, so each batch will have its own unique flavor. With the Apple Brandy Cask Finished we like to maintain the differences.

The traditional Greek ouzo, with the great and most distinctive history! Everything started in 1880 in Constantinople. There, at the Kalogiannis distillery, the connoisseurs always requested ouzo from a specific barrel. An aromatic ouzo with a rich flavor. The story continues in Thessaloniki, where the Kalogiannis family moved in 1925. The unique flavor of their ouzo enchanted the whole city. In 1950, this unique distillate made its way to Piraeus. There, it was bottled for the first time, introducing the carafe which became the most common ouzo bottle. But its journey didn’t end there. Its fame achieved great success beyond borders and managed to accompany flavors and moments all over the world. A unique distillate that urges us to spend time with our family and friends. That allows us to preserve the essence of our everyday life. Since its inception in Constantinople in 1880, Ouzo 12 has maintained the same flavor that has ranked it as the world’s number one ouzo*, remaining true to its original recipe. And this is yet another reason to raise our glasses and say, “Let’s drink to that!”.

Like a storm gathering off the Kintyre coast, our 15 year old Springbank is dark and ominous, but delicious. Best enjoyed after dinner or with your favourite cigar, this is a true classic.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Springbank’s gentle giant. This dram is big and bold with notes of cured meat, barbecued beef jerky, clove, mint, iodine, oxo cube and tinned prunes all evident from the Oloroso cask maturation, while lobster creels hint at Springbank’s characteristic maritime influence.

Palate: The peaty character is now evident with sooty kiln smoke and tobacco leaves prominent in this viscous tipple alongside prunes, walnuts, figs, Demerara sugar, cocoa powder and smoked meats.

Finish: The finish grows and develops with notes of soot, leather and walnuts prominent before easing off like the ebbing tide over one of Kintyre’s pebble beaches.

As the name suggests, the Red, White, and Berry Vodka pays homage to the colors of the American flag. Miyagikyo Single Malt is a range of single malt expressions from the Miyagikyo Distillery. Nikka's founder Masataka Taketsuru chose a valley in the Miyagi prefecture as the site for his second distillery, and started its operation in 1969. He aimed to make a complete contrast between the two distilleries, Miyagikyo and Yoichi, with different natural environments and production methods.Miyagikyo malts are described as elegant and fruity. Made from light peated and non-peated malted barley, whiskies distilled in pot stills heated by indirect steam express a signature fruitiness and delicate mouthfeel.

Van Gogh Vodka is most known for their vodka and gin. Launched in January 2000, Van Gogh Vodka is produced at the Royal Dirkzwager Distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands. Their lineup is a diverse range of flavored spirits and liqueurs. Van Gogh Vodka is owned by Luctor International, and has been handcrafted in small batches from wheat corn and barley at the The Royal Dirkzwager Distillery for over 133 years. The vodka is triple distilled, twice in column stills and then a third time in a traditional pot still. This Van Gogh Double Espresso is a rich, bold cup of espresso.
