Crafted in the scenic town of Dingle in the Western region of Ireland, our premium vodka offers a remarkably smooth taste. Handmade with utmost care, our pure grain spirit undergoes a meticulous quadruple distillation process. For an added touch of excellence, it is further distilled a fifth time using our copper pot still named "Oisin." By producing small 500-liter batches, we prioritize quality above all else.

A traditional Polish vodka that is made from rye grain and infused with a unique ingredient: bison grass. This rare grass grows in the Białowieża Forest in Poland, and has a sweet, herbal flavor that gives the vodka its distinctive taste. Zubrowka has been produced since the 16th century, and has a long and fascinating history.

The bison grass used in Zubrowka is carefully harvested in the early summer, and dried for several weeks. It is then mixed with the rye vodka, which is distilled several times to ensure its purity. The result is a smooth and flavorful vodka with a pale yellow color.

One of the most distinctive features of Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka is the blade of bison grass that is placed in each bottle. Twisted Tattoo is the new 16 year old limited edition from Highland Park. Rich and full-bodied, this whisky has been crafted using an innovative combination of Spanish Rioja seasoned casks and first-fill bourbon casks a first for the distillery. The packaging for this edition was designed by Danish tattoo artist Colin Dale who is renowned for his creations using the classic stick and poke tattoo technique. This non-electric method is done freestyle with needle and ink, building each intricate design dot by dot.

We have a tradition of defying convention and that’s how we came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging.

The name and design was inspired by the Norse legend of the Midgard serpent, which grew so large it could twist right around the earth to bite its own tail; and we developed the packaging in partnership with Danish tattoo artist, Colin Dale, who uses both ancient and modern tattooing techniques to tell stories on the skin.

Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You’ll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.

We’ve been crafting our award-winning whisky at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798. Age, experience and respect for tradition may define our whisky, but it’s Orkney that sets it apart. Something magic happens here and the result is the wild harmony of flavours found in our whisky.

Made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grape varieties, this Pineau Des Charentes Rouge AOC from Jules Gautret is a beautiful, deep ruby hue. Aromas of baked pastries, like raspberry and plum tart. Flavors of rich baked red apple, black cherries and plum along with vanilla and cinnamon on the palate. Flavors of sultana, fruitcake, light butterscotch, honey, caramel, and toffee. Complex and fruity with an aromatic finish.

Serve chilled from the refrigerator.  Very handy as a base for summer cocktails. Excellent served with pastries and anything chocolate!
An aperitif wine, 17% alc/vol.

Once opened, Pineau Des Charentes can keep for up to at least 6 months if refrigerated.

Flavor Profile

Blason Rosé is the first Rosé champagne created by Perrier-Jouët. Its name derives from the ‘Blason de France’ range, created by the House in 1956. Blason Rosé is a subtle blend of 50 different vins clairs from the best parcels of the House’s vineyards. Built on the model of the Grand Brut Non-Vintage, which is driven by the intensity of the Chardonnays in the blend, Blason Rosé is enriched by the addition of red wines.  The elegance and finesse of the Chardonnays (25%), blend with the structure of the Pinot Noirs (50% including the added red wines) and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier (25%) – a grape with which Perrier-Jouët has acquired specific expertise. The cuvée ages for a minimum of three years in the cellars before a light dosage of 8 to 11 grams per litre is added depending on the year. An addition of 12 to 15% of reserve wines creates the consistency required to balance the Perrier-Jouët style with the climatic effects of the year.

Authentic Tropical aging followed by single charcoal filtration to remove most barrel color while maintaining complex flavor & aroma.
This award-winning rum is a rare combination of column still and pot still distillate, aged for three years in American oak bourbon barrels with a #7 char. We then filter the rum with a proprietary charcoal and limestone coral filter. 40% alc./vol, 80 proof.
Naturally smooth, a rare silver sipping rum with subtle spice and wood notes, bright floral overtones, a hint of toasted caramel with a long warm finish.

Gran Patrón Burdeos is crafted in very limited quantities from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. Twice distilled and aged in used American and new French oak barrels, it is then finished in vintage Bordeaux wine barrels, which impart a dark amber color and a taste that´s velvety smooth with hints of vanilla and raisins.
