Introducing Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII, the latest edition of the award-winning Remus Repeal Reserve collection. Featuring a medley of five bourbons aged since 2007 – 2014, Series VII is crafted to honor the repeal of Prohibition on December 5, 1933. Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII features an aroma of caramelized pecans, candied cherry and maple syrup, leading to flavors of rich caramel, maple and candied raisin, candied cherry, barrel char and rich cinnamon. Our Silver Medal gluten-free Vodka is distilled from 100% non-GMO corn in Northern California and finished at our bottling facility in Ukiah, CA. It is here that we transfer the raw spirit to our tanks and proof it down slowly by blending in crystal clear purified water to our preferred 86 proof (abv 43%). We then screen and double charcoal filter before bottling the spirit into our signature Mulholland Vodka bottles.
