Young in spirit, old in soul, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Joven comes from premium aged, Blue Weber agave Blanco Tequila that is mixed with a measure of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado. It is carbon-filtered, then finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, resulting in a more mature flavor profile than any other Silver or Blanco Tequila.

 Amaro Apolomado is a Grain and California Grape (brandy) based herbal liqueur at 32%ABV. The major component of this Amaro is fresh California Artichoke used at the peak of flavor. We use high quality roots, herbs, fruits, and flowers sourced locally. The maceration infusion takes over a month, and the final Amaro is carefully blended with each individual component and allowed to rest before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Dating back to George Washington and the birth of a nation is a proud history of crafting whiskey. Some of the first whiskey distilled in America was Straight Rye. Keeping with the traditions of America’s founding fathers, Buffalo Trace Distillery offers this raw, clear, un-aged and high-proof distillate right off the still. The taste has a hint of spicy rye.
