Our history already has a maximum tribute: Don Ramón Tequila Limited Edition Extra Añejo 25th Anniversary, aged for more than 36 months in whiskey, American, and French oak barrels. Bright-golden copper color, adorned with Swarovski crystals. With notes of vanilla, caramel, almond, wood, and a pepper finish that gives it a cleaner and smoother taste.

Decorated with 306 Swarovski crystals, this edition is designed not only to captivate and delight but also to dazzle true collectors.

42 Below Vodka, hailing from New Zealand, is renowned for its premium quality and unique production methods. Triple-distilled and filtered through volcanic rock and spring water, it boasts a smooth and clean taste. VINEYARDS
Crafted using grapes from select vineyards throughout Northern California, specifically from the Lodi region. Lodi’s climate is ideal for growing concentrated, full-flavored grapes-well draining sandy soil, warm summer afternoons and cooling nighttime breezes from the Pacific Ocean.

FLAVOR
Layered with suggestions of blackberry, vanilla and warm spice with notes reminiscent of Bourbon: caramel, butterscotch and charred oak.

PAIR WITH
Savory bacon-wrapped filet alongside maple pecan sweet potatoes or grilled, pecan-smoked beef tenderloin.

Maker Notes

Maighstir is born from a collaboration between Kentucky Owl Master Blender, John Rhea and Scotch Whisky Master Blender, Maureen Robinson. Maighstir (pronounced May-stir) is a traditional Gaelic word meaning "Master".

Kentucky Owl Maighstir Edition has been awarded 96 points by Tasting Panel magazine.

Tasting Notes

Nose
There is a sweet sense of small grains particularly the malted barley, with a hint of sweet caramel. The balance of the small grains (wheat and barley) with the hint of sweet caramel/vanilla, gives the immediate sensation and question in your mind; is this a great bourbon, or is this a great Scotch? Honestly, smelling it will make you feel like you are in a Scotch Whisky warehouse.

Palate
Initially there is sense of warm spicy sweetness from the rye that you might expect from a great bourbon, but then the combination and soft tones from the wheat and barley give a pleasant calming warmness to the tongue. As it melts in the mouth the essence of orange and grapefruit linger behind the soft velvety feel in the mouth.

Finish
In the throat, the soft caramel/vanilla reappears and trails away with a long soft pleasant finish.

The Talbott Kali Hart Pinot Noir 2017 is an elegant wine from Talbott Vineyards, known for its vibrant red fruit flavors and subtle spice hints. This well-balanced and smooth Pinot Noir is approachable, making it suitable for various occasions. Whether enjoyed alone or with food, it reflects the quality winemaking associated with Talbott Vineyards, offering a delightful experience for Pinot Noir enthusiasts.

Full-bodied, roasted to perfection, local decaf espresso is cold infused with our vodka and natural flavors. Earthy, roasted espresso melds with pure maple syrup to create a pronounced vanilla finish that’s not excessively sweet. Reminiscent of a chocolate and maple-drizzled waffle and a warm cup of coffee.

Hell Bear American Whiskey is a blend of straight rye whiskey, 4 year and a 5 year bourbon. Fruit and subtle botanicals upfront, prominent rye spice mid-palate and a smooth vanilla caramel finish. The finished product provides hints of berries up front, big cinnamon spice, nice sweet cereal grains on the finish, and lasting vanilla intertwined with baking spices.

Mythology Best Friend Bourbon is a blend of a 15 year Kentucky Bourbon, and two high-rye bourbons aged 2 to 5 years. Wildflower honey and warm cornbread on the nose gives way to honeycomb upfront on the palate that transitions to gentle cinnamon and toasted almonds. The 15-year Bourbon provides for a lasting rich vanilla, pipe tobacco and black currant on the finish.

5yr Indiana Bourbon: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley

This award-winning Scorpion Mezcal Reposado is made in small batches in Oaxaca, Mexico, with a real scorpion in every bottle. This version spends between 2 and 11 months aging in oak barrels of less than 200 liters. Singel barrel bottlings of our aged products ensures premium quality mezcal. The distinctive bottle comes with it's own little Scorpion Mezcal sombrero.

Tasting Notes

Gold. Lanolin and honey aromas. A soft round entry leads to a dry light-to medium-body with honey, grassy herbs, flax, caramel, salt, light spice. Finishes dryly with a honeyed oak barrel note.

Chicken Cock Whiskey Red Stave is a celebration of two iconic American industries – Kentucky bourbon and California wine. Red Stave is Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in carefully selected J. Wilkes Petite Sirah barrels that will entice the senses for whiskey and wine lovers alike. With over 300 years of combined whiskey and winemaking history between Chicken Cock Whiskey and J. Wilkes there is expertise and provenance in each sip. Cheers!

This rum aged 2/5 years, distilled by Demerara Distillers, offers some notes of candied fruits, power and roundness in mouth.

Distillery: the Demerara Distillers' history has started in 1670, when each sugar plantation had its own rum, and a group of producers of sugar cane has decided to create a cooperative for exporting. After years of consolidation and fusion, there is now one distillery only in Diamond on the eastern shore of the Demerara. The distillery produces a "High Easter" rum, very concentrated, in a small still especially provided for that purpose.

The refining by our Cellar Master: the Sherry Oloroso cask harmonizes the notes of rancio with the notes of red and dried fruits. The rancio aromas slowly disappear to develop into red fruits and nice notes of nuts. This rum becomes more silky, with a nice roundness and some natural sweetness.
