About the Brand

The Camarena brothers used to run the Santa Maria ranch from sunset to sunset. The only thing that could stop them was their parents call to come home for dinner.

Driven by the unbridled passion that lived in their hearts, one afternoon in the cold winters of 1976, they left the ranch without permission to ride their horses, taking them to the municipal lane of Arandas for a clandestine race of 100 rods, the young brothers looked at each other with the certainty that this day would remain engraved in their memories; with passion and enthusiasm, they set off on their horses in an unprecedented race, competing head to head….

A few meters from the end of the race, the unexpected happens, they see that the chain of the finish line is set and they know perfectly well that their end is near… Suddenly, the imposing mare «Paloma» runs to line up next to the horse «Pinto», and with the sum of their strength they manage to break the chain, saving the lives of the Camarena brothers. That moment was the motivation to follow a dream, Tequila Carrera.

Cenobio's Batch Plata was created to honor the first generation of the family, Don Cenobio, who founded the Sauza dynasty. In 1873, Don Cenobio purchased the Sauza family distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, now known as "La Perseverancia" where Tres Generaciones is still produced today. True to his pioneering spirit, Cenobio was the first distiller to export tequila outside Mexico, transforming the local beverage into one of the world's great spirits. His namesake batch of Plata tequila features tahona-crushed Blue Weber agave, triple distilled for pure agave taste and smoothness and offered at still strength.

XO, Grande Champagne

Branson XO provides the most exquisite expression of XO Grande Champagne Cognac. Created from Eaux-de-Vie grown in the premier terroir of the region, Grande Champagne, this Cognac is aged for a minimum of 10 years, with some of the Eaux-de-Vie being 25+ years old. The Cognac is deep brown with a bronze hue. Elegant and complex, with almost no burn, floral and citrus notes balance seamlessly with hints of tobacco, honey, and chocolate that continue through an incredibly long finish.

Distiller Notes

Made from hand selected Ugni Blanc grapes grown exclusively in the 1er Cru Grande Champagne region of Cognac and then aged in French Sessile Oak Barriques, some that are decades old. Pot Still are used with some remaining from the late 1800's that results in pure elegance and one of the most exquisite XO Cognacs ever made.

Tasting Notes

An exquisite blend of aged Grande Champagne Cognacs that balances elegance, complexity and a touch of boldness. Floral notes, grilled almonds and orange zest are followed by intense fruitiness (orange zest), honey, tobacco and dark cocoa.

The latest permanent release from Basil Hayden consists of an entirely new brown rice mashbill and a secondary finish in toasted barrels. The result is a bourbon with less spice, and deepened notes of sweet caramel with a bright, light mouthfeel.

This exceptional clear distillate showcases a delightful aroma of sweet almonds derived from the pits, complemented by a delicate and fruity flavor. The skilled Vizovice master distillers employ the latest technology and operate under the supervision of representatives from the Jewish organization responsible for awarding the kosher certificate. Prior to production, the manufacturing facilities undergo a rigorous purification process involving hot and cold water rinses.

The white plum brandy offered is meticulously crafted using the best well-matured plums and adheres faithfully to the original recipe of Mr. Rudolf Jelinek. The triple-distillation process employed ensures the highest quality, resulting in a kosher white plum brandy with a refined taste and subtle almond undertones.

Distillery Information

Born in Austin, Deep Eddy Vodka is handcrafted in small batches at our Texas distillery using only premium ingredients.

Luzhou Laojiao is one of the four oldest distilleries in China, originated during the Time of the Ming Dynasty in 1573. It is famous for being produced in an environment with a unique clay composition that gives the spirit its famous aroma and taste.

Bainian – the direct translation in Chinese is "Hundred Years", this bottle is the special batch from the 100-year old pit. It is well known for its significant floral notes.

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.

Finish: balanced and layered with sweet and spice slowly drifting away.

Resilient straight bourbon whisky barrels are hand picked single barrels of quality. We are looking for barrels that are well balanced with grain and wood. Barrels that really shine and bring some great flavors to the nose and palate. We enjoy finding these barrels, bottling them up and bringing them forward to our friends and community of whisky enthusiasts.

Resilient Bottled in Bond barrels are hand selected and bottled up in very small batches of maybe four barrels at a time. The High Rye mash bill 60/36/4 from MGP has a complexity to it, an extra dimension of depth that brings a viscosity to the mouth feel and wide range of flavors to the pallet.

Being bottled at 100 Proof is such an enjoyable level for this bourbon.

Launched with the 1990 vintage in 1993, Bin 407 was developed in response to the increasing availability of high quality cabernet sauvignon fruit. Inspired by Bin 707, Bin 407 offers varietal definition and approachability, yet still with structure and depth of flavour. Textbook cabernet sauvignon, the varietally expressive Bin 407 highlights the rewards of Penfolds multi-region, multi-vineyard blending, with a core of ripe fruit supported by sensitive use of French and American oak.
