A True Classic Liqueur
Classic cocktails demand classic liqueurs and no liqueur is more classical than the Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao. Crafted in consultation with cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a 19th century recipe, it is a traditional French “triple sec” – thee separate distillations of spices and the “sec” or bitter, peels of Curacao oranges blended with brandy and Ferrand Cognac. The result is a rich, complex and balanced liqueur that will bring new sophistication to your Punches, Slings, Fizzes and, of course Cocktails. It is also delicious straight up or on ice.

It is a creamy liqueur,  pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content,  characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native of the Middle East, now growing  spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna. They have always  been renowned for their nutritional properties. Pistachios, exclusively  harvested in Sicily, are processed according to a traditional method and turned into a paste which preserves all their precious organoleptic  characteristics. The paste is then expertly mixed with alcohol, water  and sugar, creating a creamy, round, velvety liqueur with an intense an  inebriating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it  unique and unmistakable.

Meletti 1870 embodies the essence of a classic Italian aperitivo. Its recipe combines three distinct distillates: sweet orange, bitter orange, and a blend of spices and herbs with pure spirits, resulting in a subtly bitter yet invigorating drink. Its remarkably intricate flavor journey begins with hints of sweet citrus, transitions into a bittersweet interlude, and culminates in nuanced notes of gentian, coriander, cinnamon, and clove. Cascara, originating from the Spanish term for "husk" or "peel," represents the outer layer of the coffee fruit, often disregarded in typical coffee processing methods. However, in regions where coffee trees flourish, these husks are dried and brewed into a flavorful tea. Inspired by this tradition, a liqueur using cascara was created.

The powerful bitterness of Suze comes from the yellow gentian roots that grow for over 20 years in the mountains of France before being torn out by hand.

Maker Notes

Our Blue Curaçao is not only produced and bottled in Curaçao, but is also the only one that is still made of the peels of the Laraha orange. There are no known facts about the origin of Blue Curaçao, but we like to believe that it is because of the crystal clear blue waters and deep blue skies found in our Caribbean island paradise.

Blue Curaçao is often used in popular drinks like Blue Margarita, Blue Lagoon and Blue Hawaii.

Maker Notes

When speaking of an official Curaçao Liqueur, the liqueur should be made of the dried peels of the “Laraha”, which can only be found on Curaçao. To this day, Senior is the only brand in the world, which does that. The peels of the Laraha are bitter, making the taste contradictory. When tasting the genuine Curaçao liqueur, you taste the bitterness of the orange, but also the sweetness of how a true liqueur should be.

The Sloe
Pacharán is traditionally made by macerating sloes in anise. The sloe, known as arañón in Navarre, is the fruit of the Prunus spinosa bush, which we commonly call blackthorn. It belongs to the plum family but is much smaller in size, smaller than cherries. It is bluish black in colour and has an acidic and astringent flavour.

Its lack of sweetness is surprising, which is why it has never been consumed as a fruit.

Tasting Notes
Pacharán Navarro is made by macerating sloes in aniseed and, therefore, in the glass of Pacharán Zoco we will find the characteristics of its two ingredients perfectly integrated. We pour the glass of Pacharán Zoco and at first sight it presents itself with that red colour so closely linked to Navarra. A medium-intensity red, with a cherry hue that will evolve to brick tones as the pacharán acquires maturity. When we swirl it in the glass we perceive the density provided by the anise in the thick tears that form in the glass. The aroma of Pacharán Zoco is softly fruity on an aniseed background.
