The perfect blend of art and craft, each bottle of Heaven's Door showcases Dylan's distinctive welded iron gates that he created in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks.

750ML ORGANIC MANDARIN VODKA: Because we’re fans of the unconventional, we didn’t just go with any old citrus infusion – we chose the king citrus, the juiciest, tastiest of them all: Mandar.

HOW IT'S MADE: Three types of organic mandarins are peeled by hand (that’s a wrist workout, trust us), and those peels are then given a long maceration in our Organic Original Vodka to infuse maximum true flavor.

HOW IT TASTES: Bright, bold, and beautiful. You’ve got citrus on the nose, passionfruit on the palate, and a nice lemon essence on the finish.

HOW IT MIXES: Plays well with others (especially ice and soda water). Makes a mean Mandarin Express.

Marie Duffau Armagnacs offers a range of blends from three years to more than 30 years as well as vintages from 1960 to this day. Try the young Armagnacs in cocktails or in long drinks served on the rocks. They will bring all of their perfume to all types of cooking; enhancing, flaming, flavouring and accompanying dishes and patisseries. The older Armagnacs express their subtlety, finesse, richness and character on their own or accompanied by a cigar, a chocolate dessert or a sharp arabica coffee. Let yourself be tempted by the aperitif Floc de Gascogne and the Agen Prunes in Armagnac for dessert.

Hors d'Age

Aspect: Amber coloured Bas-Armagnac, bright and clear.

Nose: Rancio, nuts, vanilla, toasted notes, mellow wood.

Mouth: Clean attack, soft with light tannins. Note of rancio with a round and supple finish with great length.

He is god of snow, Son of Sif, step-son of Thor—he is ULLR, the norse god of skiing. He is so fierce a bowman and ski-runner that none may contend! Just as it is good to invoke his name in duels, it is appropriate when you start a run, go off a kicker, or attack steep moguls. He is who you pray to for snow when the mountains are bare and pay homage to with libation at the end of a day on the mountain.

The unique combination of peppermint and cinnamon in ULLR encapsulates the winter sports experience. Clear as melted snow, it starts out with a bracing peppermint flavor, but melts into a warm cinnamon finish. ULLR can be enjoyed in a variety of ways—in hot chocolate, in coffee and cold brew or on the rocks…but it really shines served ice cold and straight up, preferably right out of the snow.

Tequila Fortaleza is a small-batch, handcrafted tequila. It is made today with the same production methods that our family used to make tequila, over one hundred and forty years ago! We select each agave for ripeness before it is harvested, and cook them by steam in our small brick oven. We then use a two-ton stone wheel called a tahona to slowly squeeze the juices from the agave. After adding water from the volcanic mountain of Tequila and separating the fibers, we ferment the musto for 3 to 5 days. When fermentation is complete, we achieve our distinctive tequila by distilling twice in two very small, copper-pot stills.

Fortaleza Reposado is aged for 6 months in used American Whiskey barrels. The time spent in the barrels softens the tequila and adds notes of sweet butter and spice. Common aromas and flavors found in our reposado are: Cooked Agave, Citrus, Sweet Butter, Caramel, Vanilla, Toasted Creme Brle, Green Apple, Cinnamon, All Spice, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Jalapeo Pepper, and Dry Earth.

All of our tequilas are deliciously wonderful and complex, and can be enjoyed neat, or in a cocktail!

Our Blanc de Noirs is predominantly made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the hallmarks of which are a vibrant red fruit character. Over 21 different clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are planted on our Carneros estate. This allows us to consistently produce top-rated cuvées with complexity and clear fruit expression.

TASTING NOTES

The sparkling pinot noir opens with aromas of bright strawberry and black cherry with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon, and cola flavors, combined with a lush palate and lively bubbles, lead into a persistent finish.

15.1 The Control
The backbone of each Octomore series, the 15.1 is the necessary comparison from which the other expressions oscillate.

Laying bare the profound influence of high intensity peat smoke, the spirit has matured in a combination of first fill bourbon barrels and re-charred ex-bourbon casks, mindfully extracting as much character from the wood as possible. The result is a raw and uncompromising single malt whisky which demonstrates Octomore’s refined strength of character, balancing smooth vanilla custard and sweet charred oak with heady peat smoke.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Winter Sun

Nose: Caramel and vibrant citrus open on the nose, delicately wrapped in Octomore’s dry, earthy peat smoke. Spicy aniseed, vanilla and smooth custard follow, with a tropical fruit, geranium and a hint of ginger complementing the sweet malt.

Palate: Immediate heat on the palate is balanced with sweet dry malt and earthy smoke. A refreshing medley of mango, banana and apricot jam cuts through the heady peat, beautifully rounded with vanilla custard and toffee. A drop of water allows the smoke to open and brings subtle marine notes and warm sand.

Finish: Peat smoke, vanilla and sweet charred oak settle on the finish, with a fresh marine crispness.

Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and aged in Tennessee, for a minimum 6 years in new American oak barrels with a flavor profile of vanilla and baking spices layered over a bed of toasted oak. The sour mash distillation process and non-chill filleted bottling allows this mature whiskey to remain consistent, as well as creating reliable flavor profiles that come from being aged in single story warehouses.

Distilled and aged its entire life in Tennessee, this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its mature flavors. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baking spices layered over a bed of toasted oak.

Nose: Baked bread, buttered popcorn, and dried fruit

Finish: Smooth and lasting finish of caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg.

0.5 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Sour Mix
Lime Wedge (Garnish)

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients. Shake vigorously to mix. Strain into a margarita glass filled with fresh ice and rimmed with salt (optional). Garnish with lime wedge.

AUTHENTIC PALOMA

2 oz el Jimador Reposado Tequila
5 oz Grapefruit Soda
1 splash Lime Juice
1 pinch Salt

Add all ingredients into a high ball glass filled with ice. Stir well to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.

Snowed in at home, our Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill, began dreaming of this whisky. His goal was to capture the snug and magical feeling of sitting in front of the fireplace as snow blankets the world outside. In pursuit of rich, radiant taste and wintery aroma, he finished the 13-year-old single malt in Marsala wine casks from Sicily.
The experience begins with light flurries of fruit and honey, building to torrents of cocoa dust, flakes of red pepper and chunks of brazil nut toffee. It culminates in a feels-like-forever finish that swirls with cinnamon, ginger and clove.

Taste: A juicy viscous, but slightly peppery mouthfeel, leads in to a burst of sweet, nutty flavours – coco powder, red pepper, brazil nut toffee and sweet barley malt.
