This classic Cidre Bouché Brut is produced by the Huet family on their 17th century estate in Normandy, France.

100% pure apple juice is fermented for four months to reach ideal dryness before being bottled. The second fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle.

Pierre Huet Cidre Pays D'Auge Demi-Sec is an unpasteurized demi-sec cider from the appellation d'origine protégée in the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy. It is a traditional French cider produced using the time-honored methods required by the Pays D'Auge. The 100% pure apple juice is fermented between one to four months to achieve the perfect semi-sweet flavor before being bottled. The second fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle. 

A wonderful brunch cider that goes well with eggs benedict, omelets, and french toast.  Delicious with small plates, cheese (creamy, triple crème style), charcuterie.   Goes well with light, fruit-based and custard style desserts.

TASTING NOTES

The 2020 C.C. Ranch is all about finesse, with lifted plum and floral aromatics opening onto a beautifully plush palate. Ripe raspberry and plum flavors are underscored by seductive spicy notes, with soft tannins gently supporting the wine from entry to completion. With fruit that grows brighter and fresher as the wine progresses to the finish, this Rutherford Cabernet may be one of the most approachable and mouthwatering of the vintage.

VINEYARD DESCRIPTION

C.C. Ranch is planted in Rutherford, along the slope of a knoll west of the Silverado Trail. The vineyard grows classic Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon on well-drained, gravelly loam soil and receives a variety of exposures, depending on the block and location. The vines are well balanced and the canopy is opened up to give good light exposure. Nickel & Nickel produces wine from 15 select acres of this 115-acre vineyard.

DINGLE SINGLE MALT WHISKEY BATCH NO.5

Bringing this marriage of Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Madeira casks together has allowed the Bourbon casks to release a warm aroma of spices. Creating a unique single malt Irish whiskey bombarding the senses with molten honeycomb and salted caramel. While the Pedro Ximénez and Madeira casks combine beautifully to bring sun-dried raisins forward, scented with creamy blossom honey and saturated with vanilla. This is a wonderfully warm, lingering and mellow whiskey.

With a 50% ABV, this is the ‘export strength’ expression of our multi-award-winning, strikingly smooth London Dry gin. A giant of a gin!

Exquisitely Engineered for a more complex flavour profile, we’ve added extra juniper and introduced six new botanicals – green cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, cassia bark, cubeb pepper and lemon – for a bolder, richer flavour; an earthy sweetness combines with citrus freshness for a dry spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

Our Brunel is aromatic, full bodied, complex, undoubtedly spicy yet splendidly smooth. Warming notes of cardamom and cumin are complemented by juniper, sweet citrus and a dry and fragrant finish.

Rhetoric 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the eighth release from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company and the third in the Rhetoric series of progressively aged whiskeys.
