In her spirit, this six-grain bourbon whiskey was specially crafted for those who choose to be great.

Born and raised in the scenic city of Chattanooga TN, J.W. Kelly’s original Single Barrel Bourbon was bottled at cask strength, creating a handmade style with its own unique flavors. Reborn in 2016, this unique single barrel, coming in at 109 proof,  is hand bottled and double oaked. Every barrel is selected from barrels 5-8 years old. Once the barrel has been selected it is then transferred into a new American oak barrel and aged for another 8-12 months. Every barrel will be different and have its own personality. That’s the benefit of a single barrel, amazing taste, flavors and an amazing surprise with every glass.  

The Gem of Kentucky is the premiere offering from 2XO. The only double barreled single barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey on the market. The barrels are exclusively selected by Dixon from his double barreled stocks of the high rye bourbon mash bill (35% rye) that spend a year in new charred oak barrels before bottling. It is a full-bodied, full-flavored expression that leans on Dixon’s unique double-barreling process for a richer and more viscous mouthfeel. The differing char levels on the secondary barreling allow complex flavors to develop and balance the spicy finish from the high rye distillate.

Tasting Notes
Each double barreled single barrel is unique. Some barrels are sweeter with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallows that flow into baking spices. Other barrels are more savory with notes of dark red fruits, nutmeg, and black pepper spice.

The King of Kentucky Single Barrel 16 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is a prestigious gem, aged for 16 years to perfection. Its deep amber color hints at its rich flavors of caramel, oak, and vanilla. Being the first new distillery built in Lexington since prohibition, Town Branch Distillery is proud to revive the city’s distilling tradition with our signature high-malt mash bourbon. The city of Lexington, Kentucky was built on the banks of the town branch of Elkhorn Creek. Its waters provided power for early industry as well as limestone filtered water for distilling.

Teaming up with their close cohorts at Sons of Vancouver distillery in Vancouver BC, 2Bar Spirits embarked on a distinctive venture: aging their 2Bar Straight Bourbon Whiskey in Amaretto barrels from Sons of Vancouver. Steel String Whiskey is a California Bourbon Whiskey with the soft edges of Tennessee summer evening. Steel String Whiskey aged in New American Oak, finished in lightly toasted French oak with just a hint of honey. Layering a soft honey/butterscotch finish over deep intense dark chocolate, coffee and maple syrup, Steel String is a smooth and soulful luxury sipping whiskey.

Nashville recording artist KC Johns and Cali Distillery bring you a new taste in whiskey. It’s smooth with a boldness that matches the country rock music of KC Johns.  KC is a veteran of country music with her own unique sound honed from U.S. and  international touring, Dollywood stage productions and years of cruise line performances spiced up from her roots in Memphis, Tennessee. Thunder Whiskey is KC’s personal selection of the unique mesquite smoked taste distilled at Cali Distillery in Gardena, California.

Pineau des Charentes is a truly unique French aperitif, produced from a blend of fresh grape juice and young cognac, which is then aged in French oak barrels for several years. We let Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year bourbon whiskeys rest in these barrels bringing hints of apricot, sultanas, and wildflower honey to the already delicious caramel and stone fruit notes of the bourbon.

This expression showcases an evolution of the brand's portfolio. A way to educate the consumer as to what is possible when only one variable is changed. Staves to Casks to specialty finishes. Oak is the only factor. Our most recent addition is aged for 8 years in charred new American Oak barrels before it is finalized by the distillers at Clear Creek in their own apple brandy barrels, creating a bridge between our brand and theirs.

TASTE: Oaky and herbal, like barley tea sweetened with manuka honey. Tastes of pipe tobacco and red ale on the mid palate finish in a ghostly bitterness imparted by the barrel’s waning char.

AROMAS: Warm September sweetness on the opening. Reminiscent of pie crust, maraschino cherries, flat cola, and late Summer petrichor.

The Oversized Barrel 500L, part of Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection, revolutionizes whiskey aging by introducing an unprecedented size that transforms the maturation process, infusing the spirit with unmatched flavors and complexities. In examining the impact of barrel size on the final product, bourbon was aged in larger barrels—250L and 500L—alongside the standard 200L, all on the same aging floor and for identical durations. Surprisingly, while the 250L showcased familiar flavor notes similar to standard barrels, the 500L revealed a distinct character, rich in tannins, oakiness, and dryness. This pioneering experiment underscores Buffalo Trace's dedication to challenging conventional norms in whiskey craftsmanship, offering enthusiasts an exceptional tasting journey beyond traditional boundaries.
