Originating as an exceptional Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey meticulously crafted by Fred in Kentucky, it embarked on a transpacific voyage to Japan. There, at the revered Suntory Yamazaki Distillery near Kyoto, Shinji nurtured it in specially chosen French Oak wine casks and Spanish Oak sherry casks, adding rich nuances and a vibrant spiced finale. A select reserve further matured in sherry casks that once cradled Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky, contributing a full-bodied malty depth and intricate layers of flavor.

Upon returning to Clermont, the three uniquely refined batches reunited with the original Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, resulting in a bottling that epitomizes a harmonious and intricate fusion. The outcome is an expression that seamlessly balances oaky warmth, velvety brightness, and a remarkably enduring finish.

The Vaults is a limited release of our rarest & oldest bourbons. The whiskey was finished in casks from the Adirondacks in New York, where we found forty two months air seasoned white oak, fire bent and thoughtfully toasted, charred and raised into barrels, resulting in truly New York finish.

R6 x Bottle Logic Brewing Bourbon Whiskey is a unique collaboration between R6 Distillery and Bottle Logic Brewing. This bourbon blends the rich flavors of classic whiskey with notes from beer barrel aging, offering a smooth, layered profile of caramel, oak, vanilla, and a hint of malty sweetness.

At 80 proof Blanton’s Special Reserve is ideal for those new to single barrel bourbons. It has a slightly floral nose that conveys whispers of cedar and raisin in between soft vanilla notes. At Amador Whiskey Company, we partner with the finest distillers to create small batch, luxury whiskies. Amador Double Barrel is a classic low rye bourbon aged in new charred American oak barrels for 3 years, which creates flavors of vanilla, black cherry, caramel. It is then finished in former medium toast French Oak Cabernet barrels for 9–12 months, which provides additional vanilla notes and a smooth mouthfeel. The “Double Barrel” aging technique creates characteristics from the individual barrels that are then blended together to make an exceptional tasting Bourbon, far greater than the sum of its parts.
