ARTISANAL DOUBLE BARREL: Puntagave Artisanal Double Barrel is a limited-edition extension to our Ultra-Premium Artisanal line. This special edition was created in collaboration with Mexican artists COCOLVU, numbered editions are a program to showcase our search for great tasting profiles and we plan to make one batch every year. 

This first edition of Puntagave Double Barrel is the product of a two-step aging process. The first involves aging the tequila in used American oak barrels for 1 year. Then we transfer half of the batch to a New American oak barrel using the Pennsylvania famous "Nadalie cooperative" Symphony toast barrels. Meanwhile, the other half goes to new French oak barrels (Natalie, Expression Rouge) from the forest of Allier France for another year. After that we blend them together to create this unique offering. This extra aging creates a tequila with an extremely rich texture, pleasant and complex aromas, and a dark amber color. The complexity that the double barrel acquires does not lose the cooked agave, spice, and floral notes you get intensified in our silver expression. Recommended pouring in a rock glass. Add nothing. Maker Notes

Our first aged statement is made from a mash of malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels. This expression has all the of the complexity malt whiskey is known for. We then finish it in Malaga wine casks which adds notes of stone fruits and marzipan that marry wonderfully with the malty character.

Devils River Cinnamon Bourbon Whiskey starts with our award-winning sinfully smooth Devils River Bourbon which uses the exceptionally pure, fresh limestone-filtered water from the Devils River. We infuse our whiskey with all-natural flavors and add a touch of unfiltered Blue Weber Agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico. The result is our sinfully smooth “Sin-namon” Whiskey which provides a little bit of spice on the palate, rounds out with a kiss of sweetness, and a touch of heat in the finish. TASTING NOTES

Aroma: SMOKE rises with a cloying sweetness. Intense, pungent and aromatic, a distinctive farmyard scent drifts, along with a crunchy aroma, like CREOSOTE or tarry rope. A splash of water disturbs the vapours and DARK CHOCOLATE CREAM billows, laced with a ribbon of SMOKED ARTICHOKE.

Taste: Ardbeg’s UNTAMED darker flavours and notes have risen. A burst of bittersweetness SURGES, disturbing ashy coal DUST and casting a HAZE of CARDAMOM, peppermint and COFFEE grits. CLOUDS OF dark chocolate and mentholic eucalyptus ROLL IN, OBSCURING the fruit and floral notes usually found at the heart of ARDBEG. Our Rum Cask Rye whiskey is aged for a minimum six months in new American oak casks, and then finished in used American oak casks that previously held rum. This gives the Whiskey a unique smoothness and complexity coupled with a nice Rye spiciness.

The Christian Brothers Brandy with Natural Flavors is made from the finest grape varietals and incorporates the same time-honored copper pot still production method perfected over 75 years ago . Batch Proof is a celebration of Woodford Reserve’s proprietary process – blending barrels into a batch and then bottling the whiskey at its actual proof, straight from the barrel. Batch Proof is crafted using the same grain bill and process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The 2023 edition is 124.7 Proof.

Batch Proof, however, takes Woodford Reserve’s trademark flavor range of sweet vanilla and toasted oak to a whole new level offering consumers the privilege of tasting Woodford Reserve in its purest form (and not the standard 90.4 for which Woodford is known).

This elegant 12 year old Highland Single Malt is finished in three different styles of aged Oloroso Sherry casks, balancing nutty flavours with the influence of sweet Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.
