EL GRAN LEGADO DE VIDA

Of elegant presentation, 100% agave that distills notes aromas and natural flavors of agave. Cooked are acquired by the cooking in masonry furnaces, which in turn maintain the freshness of citrus sensations, inciting to test their flavor of voluptuous and soft profile. It's a legacy that endures through time.

El Gran Legado De Vida shows its character, accompanied by great flavor in each drink. It allows itself to denote the delicate process under which it is elaborated, and in which it is taken care of. Every detail of flavor and quality talks about its story.

The process of elaborating El Gran Legado de Vida begins with the selection of Tequilana Weber azul agaves, with the necessary characteristics to make a tequila of the highest quality, harvested until best maturity conditions are met. Finally led by a slow and harmonious distillation process.

In Los Altos, Mexico the heart of Tequila Valley Corzo Distillery has pioneered and patented a distillation process that begins when expert jimadors trim the shoots and stalks from young Highland Blue Weber Agave plants, allowing the plants to focus more of their energy on developing rich and flavorful pias, or hearts. Native to Mexico, Highland Blue Weber Agave plants favor high altitudes and rich, sandy soils. In Los Altos, which is located a mile above sea level and blessed with rich, red soil, Corzo's jimadors harvest the pias at their peak of maturity. After the pias are harvested, they are slowly roasted for five hours in order to extract the their sweet nectar. Corzo uses a longer, slower fermentation cycle as compared to other distilleries, going so far as to play Mozart during fermentation in order to help relax the yeast and provide for a more mellow tequila. After fermentation, the tequila is distilled three times. Corzo's patented distillation process makes large cuts to the distillate to ensure that only the "heart of hearts"is bottled. As a result, each bottle of Corzo Silver takes about 22 pounds agave to make, nearly twice as much as any other tequila! The aggressive cuts also lead to a sweeter, more ripe tequila. Afterwards, the tequila is sparged a process where microscopic air bubbles are introduced into the tequila in order to let it breathe and provide for a smoother taste before being bottled. Designed by Fabien Baron, the French designer whose work includes some of the most iconic perfume bottles of our time, Corzo Silver Tequila's bottle reflects the contemporary style of Mexican architecture. Its strong, rectangular lines and perfume bottle shape hint at the fragrant and full-bodied tequila that are contained inside. If tequila represents the revolutionary spirit of Mexico, Corzo represents Mexico's modern elegance.

Using handcrafted methods perfected over generations, experienced jimadores select the highest quality blue agave, in pursuit of the finest tequila.

Tequila Don Ramón Platinium Cristalino Reposado is double-distilled and rested in American and French oak, resulting in a smooth, delicate taste and robust profile.

Made from 100% Blue Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, this cristalino clear spirit can be described as soft, medium bodied, and woody with complex gourmand notes. The aging process allows the spirit to mellow, taking on a deep and complex character, with a balanced herbal and citrus finish.

After maturation in oak, a complex filtration process removes the most of the liquids golden color and piquancy. This results in an exquisitely smooth taste, and long finish calling for easy-sipping and exquisite cocktails.

Tequila Trompeta Mexicana is a reposado made with 100% aged Agave of 6 months in white oak barrels of the highest quality, just as its bottle has a representative form of an iconic instrument in Mexican culture.

Meaning “rested”, it is aged for a minimum of 2 months to less than a year, in oak barrels.

Naked Diablo’s Reposado is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 10 months in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and wonderfully smooth, this light amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, caramel, vanilla, agave and toasted coconut, with notes of butterscotch and clay.

It is best experienced neat, on the rocks or mix it into the occasional cocktail.

Naked Diablo’s Reposado Coffee is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 10 months in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and wonderfully smooth, this light amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, roasted coffee, vanilla and toasted coconut with notes of cooked agave. It is best experienced neat, on the rocks or mix it into the occasional cocktail.

Meaning “aged” or “vintage”, is tequila that has been rested in small oak barrels for more than 1 year. Naked Diablo’s Añejo is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 16 months in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Rich, distinctive, and wonderfully smooth, this light amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, honey drizzle, peppercorn, toffee, agave, wood, and hints of vanilla. It is best experienced neat or simply on the rocks.

Meaning “white” or “silver”, is considered to be the true expression of the agave plant. It is an unaged spirit that is bottled within 2 months of distillation.

Naked Diablo’s Blanco is bottled after a second distillation in order to keep it’s natural characteristics together with transparency and brightness. Produced in smaller batches for a maximum quality. Complex, mild and wonderfully smooth, this white tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between agave, pepper, citrus and melons with notes of vanilla and baking spices.

Best served straight, chilled or on the rocks.

Meaning “extra aged” or “vintage”, aged for over 3 years. Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.

Naked Diablo’s Extra Añejo is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 3 years in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and Extraordinarily smooth, with astonishing depth. This dark amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, roasted nuts, toasted coconut, and vanilla bean with notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.

It is best experienced neat or simply on the rocks.

Rested 1 Month

Código 1530 Rosa begins with the purity of our Blanco, then is rested for 1 month in uncharred Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels. The result is a refined spirit with a natural color as beautiful as its taste. Our Rosa has rested just long enough in our fine Cabernet barrels to enrich the natural agave juice, without overpowering its delicate botanical balance.

Production Notes

We source only the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels to age our Rosa.

We leave our Rosa barrels uncharred, allowing the Cabernet to interact directly with the tequila, imparting a subtle pink hue and light floral finish.

Tasting Notes

Leads with bright agave character and finishes with the soft red wine notes of Cabernet.

Visually: Pristine and luminescent with generous legs and tears. Mercurial when swirled in a glass to release its bouquet.

Aroma: Enticing lime zest blooms into grapefruit and lemongrass. Slight anise with deep baked agave caresses the center and bottom of the vessel. Loads of character the longer it blooms in your glass or snifter.

Body: Silky and luxurious.

Taste: Sweet baked agave evolves into full peppercorn. Hints of anise and licorice are followed by an enduring finish.  

Serving Suggestion: Pātsch Blanco is a superb sipper. Serve neat as an aperitif or on the rocks with a splash of soda and lime peel.

Tequila Ocho Reposado Barrel Select Widow Jane 2022 undergoes a meticulous production process that starts with hand-harvested blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands. The agave is carefully cooked and crushed to extract its flavorful juices, which are then fermented and distilled to create a high-quality tequila.

Following distillation, the tequila is aged in carefully selected oak barrels. This product is reminiscent of the old-fashioned way of making tequila, with intense aromas and flavors, highlights of cooked agave, hints of citrus like grapefruit, and fruity notes like apple and cantaloupe. Spicy notes include clove and anise.
