At Dovetail Distillery, we believe in preserving the past and sharing memories. We will continue to create authentic Victorian age American frontier Whiskey aged in small freshly charred new American white Oak barrels. Aged two years Cut Throat brings scents of leather, burnt honey & clove while tasting of raisin, chocolate, caramel and allspice. Using our unique mash bill & crisp Northern Sierra Mountain water our distiller has captured in this bottle the message of love shared from mother to son.

The snake river winds through the 310,000-acre park as the Tetons quickly rise above the valley floor. The indomitable 13,770 Grand Teton towers over one of the most important and inspiring natural environments on earth. This limited edition whiskey honors Grand Teton National Park and helps support the Grand Teton National Park Foundation in their continued efforts to preserve natural and cultural resources and enhance the national park experience for generations to come. The Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No.3 – Snake River, Grand Teton National Park bottle is the third collectible limited edition release in an Annual National Series. This year subdues the more floral Notes of last year’s edition and plays to the granite ruggedness of the Tetons.

Slay your tree trimming duties with this Fireball Metal Ornaments Set. Northern Rye is a style of whiskey created by Mammoth Distilling that combines North American traditions with old-world techniques to create a spirit showcasing character from both grain and oak. The result is a new expression of whiskey. One that explores the nearly endless possibilities of complex rye grain character while balancing the structure, flavor and depth that comes from oak. The inspiration for Northern Rye No. 02 came from the local wineries of Northern Michigan, whose ethos and production techniques involve blending old world viniferous varietals with new American hybrids and aging them in French and American oak barrels to create wines worthy of their own designation. This whiskey is the next chapter of our story, where Northern Rye meets Northern Michigan wine for a perfect marriage of terroir and technique.

What's In This Bottle?
Northern Rye No. 02 contains a blend of 11% straight Michigan Wheeler rye aged in first-use, char level 3 Missouri white oak barrels, 21% 18-year Alberta rye finished in American Oak Port barrels from 45 North Vineyard & Winery, 20% 18-year Alberta rye finished in Bonobo Winery’s Estate Pinot Noir French oak barrels, and 48% 15,16, and 18-year Alberta rye in second- and third-fill American casks.

TASTING NOTES
Gingersnap and fig on the nose, followed by strawberry jam, tobacco and grass, warming into pink peppercorn and ripe pear, with a long velvety finish of sweet challah bread, port and leather.

Ardbeg Anamorphic defies conventions with its experimental spirit, hailing from Islay's rugged shores. This limited edition release unveils layers of peat smoke, maritime brine, and a tantalizing hint of exotic fruits. Each sip is akin to an optical illusion, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, offering a captivating journey through the artistry of smoky Scotch whisky where tradition meets the avant-garde. This peated single malt delves into the intriguing process of removing cask heads during toasting, revealing more wood to enhance the experience. Aged within premium American oak ex-bourbon casks, the Speyburn Companion Cask pays homage to the enduring bond between Speyside and Kentucky. This Single Malt Scotch Whisky showcases a light golden hue and offers enticing hints of sweet vanilla and zesty citrus fruits in its flavor profile.

Dating back to George Washington and the birth of a nation is a proud history of crafting whiskey. Some of the first whiskey distilled in America was Straight Rye. Keeping with the traditions of America’s founding fathers, Buffalo Trace Distillery offers this raw, clear, un-aged and high-proof distillate right off the still. The taste has a hint of spicy rye. This whiskey is known as White Dog. It was later discovered this spirit was perfect for aging and gave way to what we today know as Straight Rye Whiskey. Aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state, this 90 proof whiskey is rich in color with a golden-amber hue. Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate.

Hatozaki Small Batch Japanese Whiskey is a delightful expression that encapsulates the rich heritage of Japanese craftsmanship in distillation. Crafted by the Kaikyo Distillery, it embodies a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies, aged in oak barrels to impart a nuanced depth of flavor. Exhibiting a smooth, yet complex profile with hints of caramel, vanilla, and a subtle smokiness, this whiskey pays homage to tradition while embracing modern techniques, offering a memorable sipping experience appreciated by enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Against an unforgiving sea the caravel, an iconic Portuguese sea vessel, forges on, braving harsh elements to reach the farthest corners of the earth. Our Malt Master pays homage to the Portuguese origins of these great seafarer’s ships, by finishing this supreme maritime whisky in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny port casks.
